Cynthia, owner, patiently educated us on the next steps. Safelite says they don't recalibrate and my rear view mirror was attached to the glass. They ripped out the rain tray and other associated trim pieces like an animal instead of using tools to remove them. The only thing holding some of the pieces in was the hood being closed. My windshield is also installed crooked. I returned for the manager, Steve to look at the damage. He was very nice but it was all an act as I have not heard back from them about the parts they ordered to replace the damage they caused. Steve was 20 minutes late for my appointment and smelled like he drank a beer on his way to work so I'm not completely surprised that he was late. It has been a month and I have heard nothing. I called four times and have been told every time that he will call me back within 48 hours. I have received zero calls back. If you value your car do not take it to Safelite! If I could give less than one star I would.
