I went for a small repair on my car. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and a good listener. The work was well done and there was no evidence of the previous dent. I would like to give a shout out to one of the guys - Randy. I couldn't get my son's car seat out of my car to put in the rental, as the belt was stuck. Randy came out and spent over a half hour helping me get it out and then set up in the rental. He was so understanding and helpful. When I gave back 3 days later to pick up my car, he came out to check on me to see if I needed any help switching the car seat back to my car. He truly went above and beyond! read more

I took my car to Gerber Collision as strongly suggested by GEICO (who clearly have partnerships with specific shops to offer inspection, rental pick-up and repairs in one place) for rear bumper repairs. I was originally quoted 4 business days, but the car was done in only 3. When I picked up the car, it was washed with mats cleaned (although the mats were missing initially). Great! However, my car began dinging angrily at me about a week after these repairs and continued for two weeks as I worked through troubleshooting. Unfortunately, after some diagnostic visits to the dealer, it was discovered Gerber had removed and not replaced a component for keyless entry underneath the bumper, causing a continuous error. I notified the shop on a Thursday afternoon, and received notification that I could return the car for additional work the following Monday afternoon. I received the car back in 3 business days again, and was disappointed to see it had been treated with noticably less care (dirty handprints all over the driver-side door inside and out, for example). All in all, it was a tale of two experiences: one quick, pleasant, and secretly sloppy, and one reluctant and visibly sloppy. I won't be coming back, and do yourself a favor by choosing another GEICO Auto Repair Xpress shop. read more

We picked this shop because it was close to home and it turned out to be the best decision. The were extremely professional and nice. They also got our truck finished ahead of schedule. The job they did was perfect. It's an older truck and I was sure they wouldn't be able to match the paint but they did and it looks great. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

the Tailgate of my brand new pickup truck was struck by another vehicle recently while sitting in Home Depot's parking lot. because the other driver backed into my truck With his tailgate down, it pierced the center of my tailgate and left a huge hole in it. Going through geico, they gave me a list of recommended shops and it felt like I was throwing a dart at a dartboard. There were as many bad reviews for each place as there were good so I picked the place closest to my home which ended up being gerber. I took the truck in for an estimate which was quick and easy. The guy came right out, did his thing and emailed me an estimate not more than 3 hours later. They said that I would need a new tailgate but the trim pieces and logos would be transferred from my old gate. they ordered the parts and called me within a day or 2 saying I could bring my truck in for the work to be done. I dropped my truck off for the repairs and they told me it would take 2-3 days. At around 5:15 that same day they said it was ready for pickup! I picked the truck up the very next morning and it looked great. The paint on the new Tailgate was a perfect factory match and the truck looked brand new again. If I was to nitpick anything it would be that they didn't put all of the lettering that was transferred perfectly straight but I was able to correct this myself on the letters that were slightly crooked. They were fast,courteous and I couldn't be happier with having taken a chance on them with my brand new truck! read more

Not sure what happened to Martin K, but my GPS took me right to it. As for the shop itself, I was taken care of extremely well; Shout out to Ashley Ey who was my estimator! My car went in for a rear bumper repair that was very expeditious and I was given updates at every point and sent me pictures. After all was said and done my car was washed, so well that I may go there just to get my car washed. I own a Subaru STi and am very particular who touches it at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE!!! read more

Just okay. Customer service is okay. We've had three cars done here and we always have an issue with the alignments. The wheel centering is always off after every job. We have to come back to get it fixed every time. Very inconvenient. They use the local Mr. Tire to do the alignments. Also, their paint jobs are okay. All of our cars have clear coat running. Not that big of a deal, but noticeable. It's only cosmetic, so we don't make a big fuss about it. We only chose this shop since it was the closest. However, I don't think we'll be returning. read more

The woman at the desk was disgusting. Her know it all attitude will be their downfall. I went in to drop off my car but was told by her that i couldnt leave it there(which was fine but she kept trying to speak for other companies telling me that the information i recieved from the other companies was incorrect and her word was final) , my insurance wasn't going to cover it (even though things were already in place) and tried to speak for enterprise as well. She is a receptionist at Gerber but works for an insurance company AND enterprise all i one? I spoke with someone at Gerber the day before. All i was to do was drop off my car, go get my rental and move on with my day but the experience there left a horrible taste in my mouth. She spoke to her manager over the phone and all she kept saying on her side was, " i know," I told her that," "let me tell her again." I happily walked out, called enterprise and they picked me up. Since i lived about a mile down the road, I left my car at ford for an hour. I don't trust them with my car. I will be contacting a different company to work on my car. I don't trust the company if they have people like that working there plus i keep hearing bad reviews and she specifically is the reason. No thank you. read more

Worst collision center ever! I had vandalism to my bumper cover which resulted in cracks. The collision center decided to use bondo to repair the bumper. The bumper became loose and now another Geico collision center is repairing the bumper. They should have replaced the front bumper the moment they saw the damage. Terrible collision center. I ran over a mack truck tire and it tore out underside of my Ford Fusion so I went to Gerber. The receptionist was good and they work well with Geico but I have a problem with the work. Service dragged out from one week to two. When I picked up my car there were wood blocks used to lift car stuck to the underside that they had to remove. Then I drive 5 miles home. The next morning 3 miles from home, the engine light comes on with over heat warning. It was Saturday and Gerber was closed so I took it to Ford. I had to pay $200 because bolts were loose and radiator hose was not clamped on which caused fluid to leak out which could have blown up my engine! Not acceptable. read more

Shocker! After reading all the reviews after I dropped my truck off. My personal rescue knife was stolen out of my car. I wanted to go back and get the knife after dropping it off but was so busy. To top it off the petty thief stole a ipod, coffee and sodas from my trunk. Don't waste your time at this location! I called about a week before stopping by to ask if I absolutely needed an appointment for an estimate or if I could just stop by during business hours. I wasn't sure if I would be able to make it on Tuesday or Friday and I didn't want to make a commitment if I wouldn't be able to get there on one of the evenings. When I stopped by, 20 minutes prior to close I was told everyone had pretty much gone home that could provide an estimate. I explained when I was available and the employee told me that they would be unable to serve my needs. Having been to the website to find the hours I'd seen the online estimate tool and asked her if I could take pictures of the issue and submit for an online estimate. She said she wouldn't know anything about that and didn't recommend it. She instead recommended a local shop around the corner who is infamous for poor quality workmanship. I'm surprised and disappointed, why would anyone do business with someone who provides that kind of service? Of course I'll be going elsewhere. read more
