And parking is a bit of a mess. I needed an oil change, and diagnosis/replace some suspension parts. Wasn't quite sure where the noise was coming from, but I had an inconsistent clunking noise in the driver wheel well. Oil change went fine, although it did take around 2 hours. I was told they use race oil and premium filters (along with other parts) you won't be able to find in stores, so I was ok with the wait. Onto the suspension diagnosis, this is where I would recommend Vince's over ANY other mechanic. I was told they took my car for a test drive and could definitely hear a clunking, but even after a visual inspection they couldn't find an issue. I was told they just bought a very expensive computer with sensors and microphones which could attach to the undercarriage to better understand where the noise was coming from. Diagnosis was $150, and I was assured it would work. They hooked it up and within 30 minutes they had a test drive complete and told me it was the stabilizer links on the driver's side. Total repair was about $350 for both sides. The repair would be a couple of hours Vince told me, and offered to give me a ride back home. I live about 2 miles away but still, GREAT gesture. Left my car at the shop around 1030, and around 4pm I got a call saying my car was done and they'd bring it over to my place, pick me up, and have me test drive it back to the shop. Instantly I could feel the difference and NO CLUNKING NOISE. Around $100 for oil change, $150 for diagnosis, and $350 for stabilizer links Great friendly service, labor was done professionally (they keep bins with hardware which comes off the car, to prevent losing bolts, fasteners etc.), successful and interesting diagnosis, timely repairs, and even offered to drop me off and pick me up after the work was done. I can't name a shop not only in the area, but in the entire nation I'd recommend more than Vince's. First time visiting Vince's, would absolutely visit again

I am happy with the repairs and the customer service. the only reason I rated a 4/5 is because the length of time it took them to be able to get the car and the length of time it took me to get back my car was a little longer than anticipated/desired. I was not pleased at all, but I'm putting my vehicle now in the hands of these mechanics on York Road. I'm not sure if my car is going to be a complete total yet because I'm in the hospital and I'm hoping to be up there Monday to do paperwork, but let's just pray that my vehicle is fixable and they do a great job and a fast job because my insurance only pays for my rental for so long. It took me days to even get my rental, which took me out of work and really hurt my pocket. I work 40 minutes away from my house so I am really counting on this. I'm giving this review because they were very quick to contact me as soon as my car was handed over to them and needed to be towed to them they have kept in touch and the lady that has been calling me is very nice and respectful and I thank them for that so thank you for your great customer service so far because what I need right now is nice positive people. I don't think I could take anymore crazy stress or ignorant people like the ones that were at the tow company that took my car to begin with.! Needless to say they need to get a review they held my car for like four days without even saying anything or contacting anyone. The car was stolen and they had it as a accident and when I went in there, they said it was a fault in the system from the driver they did that just to get money for it sitting in their yard . My car was returned in a condition that isn't suitable to drive my child in. I called and talked to the "manager" (Chelsey or however you spell it) I felt as if she basically didn't care and didn't take in consideration I was frustrated due to the fact that several important things were still wrong with my car. However, I knew they…read moredid good work from their references and I had a misdiagnosed issue from another shop I wanted a 2nd opinion on. I had them rewire my steering column as my high beams, front wipers and horn had stopped working. They also fixed my rear wiper and an issue with the pop-up headlights. They are a very busy shop, but if you can leave your car for a while the job will get done right and at a reasonable price. When I arrived to pickup my 924S they even took the time to wash it, not something independent shops always do.

The receptionist was SUPER kind, I think her name was Melody (I forget because my car was there for so long). I was in a hit and run so I wanted to find a place that was in network with my insurance company so I didn't have to do the back and forth with estimates and also going to a shop place close to car rental places (this place is close to both Hertz and Enterprise) to make it convenient. The service was amazing - Quantay, my main contact was very good about communication, there were a couple misses in when it would be ready, or not so I did drive there once to pick up but it wasn't ready. I live in the city so it was a bit of a drive but I am glad I picked this place. I was impressed that Enterprise (even though they ended up giving me a faulty car and it was the holidays I had to drive to BWI to try to get into a new car, but they didn't have anything) had a car for me at the time of drop off so it was a super easy transition, and the same for drop off, I could leave the rental at Varsity! It must be pretty affordable as State Farm and other insurances work with this center. They also guarantee all the work they do while you own the vehicle.

So I just popped right in on a weekday afternoon figuring it was a long shot they could help on short notice. Justin was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me a competitive quote. With some digging for aftermarket parts he was able to knock off nearly $300! All the reviews are correct-- they are so friendly and helpful, fair, and the work is perfect. EDIT: To add to this, just the next day my car part was delivered as promised and I was able to swing by when I was available to get my repair in under 30 minutes while I sipped coffee at the bagel bistro just a little walk over.
