I was happy to learn it could be repaired in roughly 45 minutes! But in addition to the wait time, I had to allow the adhesive to set properly, which added another 30 minutes of wait time. It has been a MONTH AND NO WORD HAS BEEN UTTERED or EMAILED ABOUT RETURNING MY PAYMENT. I have called the company multiple times only to be met with AI. I have emailed and I have had to drive to the location with the broken windshield. I arrived at 1:30pm and they were able to get my car in the shop within 10 minutes and thank God because torrential downpour began shortly after I arrived. He said it would take about an hour and a half to fix my car and his estimate was spot on. Now the waiting room isn't too fancy but it works and there is free Wi-Fi. Luckily Orange is the New Black just started, so I was well occupied for the entire wait time. There is also a strip of plugs for phone charging.
