I've had this particular branch repair one windshield and replace another, both on newer vehicles that required re-calibration of the electronics platform. In both instances, I was remarkably impressed with the cordiality of the technicians who serviced my vehicles. When asking questions, I never encountered the type of sarcasm or dismissive attitude that individuals in the industry tend to use with customers. In fact, it was always quite the opposite. The employees were extremely pleasant, called to update me on the process, and once even dropped me off at home so I didn't need to wait in the shop (I'm thinking specifically of Gage, Don, and Matt, all of whom couldn't have provided any better service)! Although I hope I don't need to return to Safelite (meaning I'd obviously prefer for my windshield not to get damaged), I'll be sure to call this location promptly if I ever need a repair in the future.

We had a shower door installed last month and the quote from the installer was :…read more "You will see more water on the floor from swinging the shower door open than from it going underneath when you shower" First shower there was more than a cup of water on the floor. Their statement didn't hold up because we can swing the shower door in towards the shower instead of out towards the floor. I have called several times and spoken to Brenda and the other rep answering the phones and have not received a call back. We had to put painters tape at the bottom of the glass to keep water from going underneath. Not ideal for a project that cost us 2K.
