Went to Gerber with nsurance claim for some bodywork to be fixed as result of vandalism. Worst bodywork I have ever received. Brought it back for them to fix and they made excuses and tried to fix it but they could not. The molding is popped up. There are scratches, swirl marks, and other paint defects that I brought to their attention, and more excuses. I do not believe they actually used the paint booth because there is an astounding amount of dirt nips. My vehicle is a 2018 so it's not an "old" vehicle. My thought is they thought it was a leased vehicle on my insurance policy and I wouldn't care, however I had actually bought out my lease entirely and paid off the vehicle in cash. They have frustrated someone that would have been a good advocate for their work and recommended them to employees and friends. Now every time I see my vehicle, I shake my head in disgust. I am in the process of hiring a new company to do the work out of pocket because of their laziness and willingness to cut corners. Below are pictures of the swirl marks and poor workmanship. After 3 collisions in a year and a half, Gerber unfortunately now knows us by name. The first two were totals that were not our fault and they made the process as painless as possible by taking care of everything with the insurance. The last and most recent one was an extensive repair that went through insurance and they not only did a flawless job on the repair, they kept us updated on progress and returned the car to us much earlier than expected. Someone backed into my car, so we had to have it repaired. Gerber far exceeded my expectations. First, they were very accommodating and helped us navigate the insurance company nightmare. They ordered the parts needed and got us in quickly. They not only fixed the issue, but they WASHED my car, VACUUMED my car, and returned it to us in amazing condition. I would highly, highly recommend this place and while I hope we don't have to use them again, if we have another collision, this is where we will be. THANK YOU!! read more

This is a long time on what to do about a review. Got my car back and the first thing I notice is paint pits on the quarter panel in the new paint and scratches which look like sanding marks from to course of sand paper. Also paint over spray on tire and chrome rims. Brought it back and they 'buffed' out some but not all the scratches, and did not clean the tire and rim. So I clean the tire & rim, wet sand the scratches out and buff the area. Then I start to wax my car and find A LOT of over spray on to roof of car and have to buff that out. As I'm waxing I find a scratch on the top of the right rear quarter panel that goes into the tail light. Thank you for the scratch. I get to the passenger door and find the first door nick I've ever had because I always park away from everyone. Thank you again. I know these nicks and scratches were from them because I clean and wax/detail for sure every month and when I brought the car to them I inspected the car first to make sure nothing was on car. Will not go to them again ever. read more

If I could give this location more stars I would. We drove all the way from California to visit family and 50 miles from our destination we hit a deer and totaled the front of our car. So not only were we in an accident but we were 2000 miles away from home with our transportation now damaged. Allstate told us that they recommended Gerber and man am I so happy they did. Not only did the make sure that our car was fixed within a week, they made sure to contact us through every step and ensure that we still got to enjoy our vacation. It is only because of their amazing staff, who were so kind and caring through what could have been the catalyst for a horrible vacation, that we were able to enjoy our time with family and be able to drive home, in our own car, on time to make it home when we needed.
