The paint job however was pretty bad on the fender... 4/10, it looks okay from 5ft but there's obvious signs of poor prep work, dirt getting painted over, and solid edges on the corners from them just laying the body panels on the ground while wet. Paint is already starting to chip on said panel within a day of picking up the car. Mechanical repair 3/10, returned the car to me with a bent shock just because "it passed alignment"... doesnt mean the shock isn't dangerous to drive on. I chose to go to this shop instead of a national chain with my insurance because i wanted to support a local business but I should have been more thorough in my inspection before pickup.

They actually told me each time that they had no idea when it would be done. On the day before six weeks in shop, we received our vehicle without discount, or even an apology. For the record, they did state the paint person was out 3-4 days, only after I called. That was at week three. Upon contacting other office in Jax, I was told I could not speak to a manager or owner. I have to call orange park office. The one that didn't care. Now I see neither cares about customer. VALID ISSUES DESERVE PROPER RESPONSE, NOT A WORD WAS GIVEN!

This was my first time coming to a repair center and having my car fixed so I wasn't sure of all of the steps. My insurance covered everything aside from my deductible. I did have to schedule out about a week and a half because they were swamped, but I understood that and I really didn't want to take it to some of the places with really meh or bad reviews. They gave me a time estimate and my car was done in that time. They gave me a call to let me know when my car was ready. The entire front bumper was damaged, my wheel well pieces (rubber and hard plastic interior were completely ripped off), and the mirrors' paint was shredded a bit. It looks amazing; like nothing ever happened and I will recommend them for sure. I hope they don't take this the wrong way, but I would like to not have to visit any time soon!

I was given the excuse that new guys had to learn on something and it looked good for the price I paid. Worst experience ever. Head boss was only good person in the building or made any effort to correct it.
