The sign on the door said open 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.. Went back on Friday at 10 o'clock same sign but they were closed went around the back knocked on the door and the sign said close no one there called corporate and they said they were supposed to be there. They called and got no answer they called two other numbers and got no answer. How can you run the business and not be open. We had a broken back window, we wanted. Just get wrapped with plastic till they could get a new one for us. For a different place in town, which is a lot better in right away did what we wanted to do so we never go to Safelite for anything. Found Brian's window repair in town and they were very very helpful. Thanks to Brian. We got it solved.

Took no time at all to have my tires installed and I was back on the road. I also asked them to put new wiper blades on and they did that as well in no time at all. I would absolutely recommend Pomp's in Iron Mountain for tires, wiper blades and now I am going to have them change my oil as well. Very respectable people that work there!

We called Integrity Auto and spoke with Gavin who couldn't have been nicer and empathetic to our situation. He navigated us to a rental car company at the nearby airport, a taxi company to pick me up to get the rental and my husband went with the tow truck to Integrity Auto. They happily took in our Land Rover and worked with our mechanic back in Illinois to help diagnose the issue. They held our car overnight, gave us report of what it was and charged us a very, VERY generous amount to only inspect the car. Not that I hope to break down again in Michigan, but we were lucky to have found Gavin and Integrity Auto. They are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. On a recent hunting trip my aftermarket Magnaflow muffler system broke off at the flange just behind the Catalytic Converter. I was told by Duxlers repair shop on Skokie Blvd in Northbrook, IL that my piping had rusted out and was no good any more. I was quoted nearly $450 to replace the piping. As this was a stainless system that I spent nearly $500 on, I tried to get a warranty replacement. After I could not find my receipt for my system, I decided that it would be best just to have my old stock system put back on. My stock system was stored up north so on my latest trip up, I took my truck to M & D. It's a small blue building just off of the main drag in Norway, MI. I was told that the piping was still good and all it would take is a little welding, a little time, and a little money. Little is the key word here. He was done in about 40 minutes and I was out the door for $35!!!! They have a customer for LIFE! And Duxler has lost one more customer.
