I booked a consultation appointment for my problem to be diagnosed and I feel as if I was deceived…read more He barely looked at my car he came out with a flash light looking over the top of my vehicle and I HAD to ask if he could start the car to see my issue he did and we could see my very obvious leak and he told me it COULD be several different things. I advised him I needed certainty on what was wrong so that I can get my car back running. He said he would order parts and once they arrive he could replace those parts and whatever it's not he wouldn't charge me for it. He made promises about payment plans and that he would order the parts immediately and have the guy who works on jeeps to come out and perform the job. He reached out to me shortly after leaving and I never heard from him again. 2 weeks passed I reached out about a follow up to complete repairs and received no response via Yelp, Text or Call. I was lied to and he did not know what he was doing he didn't even prop the vehicle up on a jack to look under it he simply looked under it with a flash light for a few minutes and said he believed it to be a water pump issue. As a result I had to get my vehicle towed to an actual mechanic where it was properly diagnosed. Speaking of a diagnosis he ONLY used a basic hand held diagnostics machine which I already had my own to determine that it was a leak but he did no real labor. I would never recommend this person or his business. He basically took my money and ran. Incredibly unprofessional. Do NOT use this business for any reason whatsoever and do not let them anywhere near your car unless you want more problems.

my regular guy was inconveniently between shops at the end of summer when the silver truck was…read moredriving poorly. the engine would wind up something fierce but didn't transmit those revolutions to the wheels. sounds like a job for Transmissions Unlimited..! but NOPE! bad slip yoke, bad bearing up front, bad rear CV-axle, sketchy brakes, and the AC compressor is shot - not sure why it was still blowing the coldest of all airs, but it was wrecked none the less and stealing all the power. after assessing the suggested repairs I elected to have them fix the the drive line stuff while I took care of the bearing and made arrangements for the AC - so no cold air during the warmness :-( everything seems to be in good order a month later and I'm mostly okay with that even though it was a little spendier than I expected (not unreasonable since I didn't have to dink around getting filthy and using coarse language after working my regular job all day) and it was done by the weekend despite coming from the KC MO FoMoCo plant which left me with just the wheel bearing to do, easy peasy... so when I got the AC taken care of that shop found a holed transmission line that was discharging into a mostly concealed cavity in a cross member hiding the leakage (it's a Ford so this type of thing isn't a complete surprise) but it was leaking and a little low on fluid and I kinda think a transmission shop could have noticed that while they were noticing the brakes and the bearing and the slip yoke and the CV shafts and the brakes and stuff...

Well, I added an oil change. Was asked about tire rotation and agreed if needed. Well, they had to do some major work, so didnt get approved on the Inspection. Was asked to drive the car a week and return because the light was on and needed to be reset, So took the car back today to get Inspected and guess what, Now I need tires and I dont care to buy tires but why charge me for rotating them 2 weeks before and not telling me, LIke I said always good service here and I trust the guys, But I just feel cheated on the tire rotation

And my inside lights were malfunctioning, not sure how/why. Mike took the back gate apart (whoa, lol) and checked fuses, electrical and physical body issues. It turned out to be mostly physical issue and some electrical. Mike fixed it all and my bill was LOW, even with all the time it took to dismantle the gate, etc. A dealership would have cost a lot more and tried to up sell me. But I'm confident Mike would have let me know of any additional problems my vehicle had. Shelby is the office Queen and helped me as well.
