After multiple, unsuccessful attempts to have the leak fixed, she finally tool the car to another shop. The other shop showed her where the clips had been broken off, excess glue smeared all over her interior, and the windshield was improperly fitted. When my daughter asked Clear Auto Glass for a refund, they refused. Their policy is no refunds, but they will repair any problems with their work. The problem is - they cannot repair their own work. The original workmanship was so bad, and the attempted repairs just made it worse, it's a dead-end road asking them to continue to attempt to repair it. She compromised and asked for a refund on just the work (not the coat of parts), but still nothing. Poor workmanship, and an uncooperative staff, unwilling to admit their mistakes. 0/10 - would not recommend.

To put this into context, my father had made from old cypress and had put lots of hand made touches on it. In addition, my mother had created a beautiful leaded glass piece to go into the door. To say the least, I am very invested in this door. Capital Glass took exquisite care and a lot of time and care to assure that the door was not harmed and the plate glass which protects the leaded glass.
