The highlight of this entire experience was the owner- Tim. Rather than taking responsibility for anything that happened, he seemed more interested in explaining why the problems weren't their fault. It was like fixing their mistakes was an inconvenience and they couldn't be bothered. When I expressed concerns about the repeated issues, he literally got in my face, told me I couldn't tell other people about my negative experience. That statement alone told me everything I needed to know about what type of person he is and how he really views his customers. The customer service from staff was just as disappointing. Mistakes happen but what matters is how a business responds when they do. This company chose excuses, arrogance, and intimidation instead of accountability. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
