They then came to the Rochester area to do the replacement. Couldn't have asked for a better job. They were very thorough, clean and efficient. They take pride in their work and the end result shows. They came out to fix the window only to find out the window they ordered was the wrong window and told me I'd have to wait a week before the new window would come in. I understand mistakes happen so no problem. A week goes by and they call to confirm my appointment. I confirm! Only to call back minutes later and tell me that they can't do a mobile repair and if I can't come into the shop I'll have to call someone else to fix it and the lady hangs up in my face. As if that's not frustrating enough the service tech that came out initially left all the screws and bolts from my Benz door off because he expected to come right back when the correct window came in. So now I'm not only without a window in in car, I had to wait a week only to be told they won't come back out and do a mobile repair, and the inside of my Benz door is off and not put back together.
