I needed a transmission range sensor and Pep Boys told me that they can't do that that I have to…read moretake it to the dealership or wherever I got the van. Well, they were incorrect, Top Value Transmissions got in touch with me and let me know that they take care of that. Amy, the owner wasn't sure if that was gonna be the actual problem or not until she saw it for herself. So I brought my van out there, it's borderline wheatfield and Niagara Falls, New York.. She had to order the part because I did in fact need the sensor, and it took six days to get there, so I went without a van, but I could've gotten it if I wanted it bad enough I just didn't really care at that point, I was so fed up with needing so much stuff done to the van to pass inspection. Amy found a lot of problems with it, of course. So she replaced the brakes and brake pads and other things that I don't know but everything that it definitely needed. And then eventually did the transmission sensor. Forgetting all the work done that I did it didn't cost too much. I mean it was a lot a lot for me. I can't afford anything is everybody knows, but just under $2000 to get a lot of work done. But just driving it home the van felt like a completely different van. Felt so nice. So she was able to take care of the job. I highly recommend her. She goes into detail about what you need. She's not a bullshitter and she even holds onto the parts that she took from your vehicle that were damaged and shows you afterwards and boy was mine in dire need of parts. Thank you, Amy and crew.

This is an all service Motor vehicle shop, and a restaurant that is attached. I have never eaten at…read morethe restaurant but my brother says it's very good. I brought my car in July 27th after taking it for an inspection somewhere else that said it need a LOT of front end work to pass, possibly 2-3k! I figured I would either sell my car or trade it in but after calling several places Kyle from jet Port told me to bring it in and he would look at it. My brother loaned me his car so I would have a one for a couple weeks but on July 28 Kyle called me and gave me a full estimate including four orfive major things and three or four issues that would be lurking around the corner but would not hold it back from passing....Things that I knew I needed but didn't have the money for, But with everything it was half of what I expected to pay, plus several problems he fixed, and 4 brand new tires (which I opted for even though mine were completely worn yet) but 1200 was the total, and 1600 with the tires.... I couldn't believe it.... but the most insane part was that I talk to him at 10 AM and the car was finished that day... He actually had to wait on me to pick it up till I got out of work. Not to mention I was driving my brothers car that needed inspection so I dropped off my brothers car and picked up mine, the next morning my brother picked up his car and dropped off his wife's that needed inspection and now we all are set. The other two cars didn't need any work which showed me that he doesn't go out of his way to look for things to charge you for.My car runs better than it has in years, the steering had gotten so bad I forgot what it felt like when I first got it. They did fast work Especially during Covid I understandably figured it would take a while. I could not be happier and I Recommend Jetport to everyone.
