I loved the instructors and I also really like their Express class if I am in the area but need to get back to work or to an appointment nearby. The very first time I went, I limped out and could barely move for 2 days (I was really out of shape). But I couldn't wait to go back. You can see the thought that has gone into creating this studio - from disco balls to live plants to lighting that is adjusted throughout class to create the right moods. The mural wall is the latest addition and it brought the fun factor from a 9 to a 10. The space accommodates 12-15 per class - most of the morning Peach Step classes I've taken range from 6-12, which feels just right for energy without being overwhelming. The awesome-factor continues with the instructors. They all care, they're well-trained, and they deliver sessions focused on strengthening and toning the female body. They're also queens of playlists that keep us moving and having fun! I trust them and I'm thankful for how hard they get me to work. I'd highly recommend Brittney or Reme, especially if you're checking it out for the first time. Newport Peaches come in all shapes and ages - ranging from 20s through 60s, it's a space for everyone. And that's not just a tagline, it's a real feeling among the women who work out there.

Michelle's energy is also so wonderful and contagious, she greets you and your little with a big welcoming smile, immediately wiping away the remnants of a stressful day or adding to a great one! During the workout kids are allowed to run around the studio that's completely kid proofed and also play with toys she sets out! She's encouraging of your form during the workout which makes me feel like I am on track to building any sort of tone and muscle in this soft, newish mom bod of mine. Before class started, she went around to each person asking how they were, seeing what modifications they needed, and explained the reformer and class thoroughly. During the class, she communicated very detailed and was really helpful in demonstrating the different sets and techniques. After class, she went around to every person asking how the class was for them. I really appreciated how present and engaged she was with everyone! The studio was clean, cozy, and well equipped. It had a lot of reformers with towers and had all the tools needed for the workout. I did the a** and abs workout and it was great. It definitely pushed me and I just know i'm going to feel sore tomorrow! Extras- Parking is great! Right outside the studio. They are soooo welcoming as you come in! Secondly, the instructor came up to us and asked us about any modifications needed. I thought that was nice because believe it or not, not a lot of instructors take this initiative to go up to students. Sophia was really kind and helped us with our posture and form throughout the class. The machines were clean and easy to use. This was my first time using the tower and I enjoyed it! Her class flow was so good and I felt like I got a very balanced workout because we worked on everything. The beginner class is still challenging for me so it's gonna be a while before I move up a level haha. Music: it was kind of like EDM? I really liked it. And yes they have a bathroom! Surprisingly not all studios have one. I can't wait to come back again!

Within the past 6 months, I've felt very encouraged in my fitness journey by the instructors and the community (LOVE the workshops that are available with a membership, such as numerology and sound baths). I've noticed differences in my strength and pelvic floor tilt, and I love how a 6am class makes me feel throughout the day. I'm so happy to have found such a positive local community!

Unethical Billing Practices & Disrespectful Treatment…read more Made the mistake of supporting this new business by purchasing a Founder's membership in June . Thought I was helping my fellow dance community grow. It turned into a very disappointing and stressful experience. "While some of the staff and instructors have been wonderful and hardworking, my experience with the ownership has been very different. The billing practices are not transparent, and when I asked for help canceling my membership, I was met with disrespect and threats of continued charges. This review is based solely on my customer experience with the owner's handling of policies -- not the team members who've been supporting and kind . The contract isn't visible not on the website , app or the sent e sigh email -- corporations refund, return policy isn't available . As it's a hidden contracts, membership cannot be frozen or canceled under any circumstances, even if you're severely injured or have to move away. That's the case for me . As was explained to the owner, Amanda . She will justify the continued charges every month in the guise of membership. Without reason besides she has your CC# I asked questions for cancellation . Amanda then mocked me - and I quote " Dude, that's not how it works, Honey. Have you ever had a gym membership before?" That level of disregard . Instead of professionalism or compassion, continued threatened to charge me every month , a FULL year ($1,125.00 ) for services I can't redeem or use or access, saying " "I will be charging in full then taking you to small claims court" All for 125$ monthly membership that cancelled in September. Please be cautious before signing up -- ask to see their billing in writing , ask questions read every detail and think twice before trusting their "membership" offers. It's disappointing to see a women-owned business turn its back on loyal members who supported their company from day one. We stood by through every early struggle -- tech issues, scheduling mix-ups, instructor cancellations, broken AC , and all the challenges with a point of sale going paperless and a new team . While the community and instructors showed patience and loyalty, the ownership left on lengthy holidays leaving the wellbeing of business in a new team . It's unfortunate to watch a place that once showed promise lose touch with the very people who helped build a community .

The instructor was nice and upbeat. Gave MANY hands on corrections which was appreciated but a bit uncomfortable at times. I did not know she would be touching places such as my chest and butt. Usually in my yoga classes we are asked if we are comfortable being touched and given corrections. However that was not communicated at this studio and the hands on nature was immediate and a bit uncomfortable for someone who was not prepared for it. Especially in more private areas such as the butt. Class was great- very hard and may be tough for beginners. Overall I do not think I will return given the price and the atmosphere.

Okay, and then I'm taking off my shoes and she tells me if I have grip socks, I say no. The only reason I didn't have them was because on ClassPass it says please wear socks , grip socks RECCOMENDED. Okay so which one is it. Now I'm charged a fee for not going because I didn't want to buy their overpriced grip socks, I have enough at home.
