Big fan of this place! I particularly love their Pilates Knockout class which is a combination of pilates and boxing (3 rounds of each) led by 2 different instructors for 50 minutes and it's a heated class. I love the aethetic of the room and their boxing bags (easier on the wrists and more fun to hit than traditional boxing bags). I also love the female instructors for both (Syd for boxing and Judimae for pilates). They are very motivational and friendly. I book through ClassPass and love it every time. Drenched OC specifically the newer location is absolutely gorgeous and has all the high-end finishing touches you'd expect from a luxury boutique studio. They offer a wide variety of classes, all of which are heated. For me personally, the studio ran a bit too hot, as one class reached 114°, which was more intense than I prefer. Plus, the classes are too full especially the mat classes and you have little to no room to move. That said, the space itself is beautiful and perfect if you enjoy taking photos or creating social media content. While the classes weren't quite my style, I'd still recommend checking it out at least once to see if it's a good fit for you. read more

I tried the Pilates Knockout class here (heated boxing and reformer pilates) and omg... I think this is my newest obsession? The class is split in half, with 7 minute blocks doing reformer and 7 minutes doing boxing. I appreciate that they let us be with our bestie if we came with someone! The decor and space was gorgeous and I loved the windows and bags in the boxing space. The blasting house music was upbeat and kept me so motivated! I loved Syd and Nicki's teaching style- keeping us in check with form and pushing ourselves to our limits. I left absolutely drenched and grateful to have moved my body. I would like to start off by saying I've done traditional Pilates before but never any hot classes of any kind, so I was nervous about the heat and the difficulty level of there Pilates. It was perfect! The heat is good and hot but not overwhelmingly hot. I loved it! The level was more fitness Pilates than a recovery style Pilates. I arrived early, it wasn't hard to find, and the instructor (Sophia) was as so nice. I let her know I've meet done heated classes and she was reassuring and helpful and so welcoming. I absolutely looove a Pilates class at Drenched. The instructors are ALL soo good! I've been to the Fashion Island location and the Newport Beach location & really it's so hard deciding between the two so I just go for whichever class works best with my schedule. I've taken both the hot mat pilates class and the heated strength full body class & I ALWAYS leave feeling SOO good with the workout I've had! This place definitely lives up to its name too because I definitely leave feeling drenched in sweat too. I REALLY loved this place. However, I purchased a new client package deal for $200 before the year ended, and I made sure to ask the employee if I could use the package whenever I wanted. I split my months between the gym and Pilates, and she assured me that I could. A couple of weeks later, I got into an accident and injured my ankle, so I haven't been able to work out. I wasn't worried because she had assured me that I could use it whenever I was ready. Something told me to log into the app, and that's when I saw that it was expiring that week. Keep in mind, it's only the beginning of March. I called more than three times and even left my information, but no one reached out. I think any wellness place should take better initiative in responding to their clients. $200 down the drain is unacceptable. read more

Place is kind of hard to find because I wasn't used to the shopping center, so get there a little early if you're not familiar. The owner is amazing- I'd only take her classes. I had only two others and they were definitely not seasoned. I particularly don't like someone trying to correct what I'm doing when I'm clearly modifying, or newer instructors trying to fit everyone into a box when pilates should be for every BODY. But the owner is the ish. Her studio is also beautiful and I like the idea of a hot HIIT reformer pilates class. Must be in shape already though to take one of these classes, not for the faint of heart. Regular reformer pilates is already hard! Would definitely be back and recommend. i did a beginner reformers class with judimae and LOVEDDD it! i was a few minutes late, but the person working at the front desk was very welcoming. judimae greeted me upon me entering late and i instantly felt less nervous as this was my first heated reformers class + i am still very new to pilates. she explained the exercises perfectly and even demonstrated on the reformers, which i appreciated. she was very attentive and made sure our form was correct. the class was perfectly challenging for beginners. she made sure to provide modifications. definitely one of my fav classes! read more

ClassPass is awesome. You're able to find different studios that are aesthetically pleasing! A bit tricky to find but once you find the stairs to go upstairs you'll find it. It also isn't called Drenched outside but the prior yoga studio. That is also tricky. Another girl was also lost but together we found our way and found another person standing by the door and guiding us. Once inside, the studio is perfectly open and airy. The studio room is nice heated and all the reformers are spaced out. Studio room is nicely decorated too. Instructor was super welcoming. Nice studio, views were great, class was good and tough. Good sweat for sure. Make sure to bring non slip socks or they have some to purchase in studio. read more

I found Drenched OC from TikTok--so many people were raving about it in the comments from a couple local content creators I follow. After checking out the reviews on ClassPass, I decided to give it a try--and wow, it *completely* lived up to the hype! I took Angela's class and she was absolutely amazing--so friendly, upbeat and helpful. I let her know it was my first time and she made me feel incredibly welcome. Her energy is contagious and super motivating. The class itself? Easily one of the best workouts I've ever had. I chatted with a few classmates afterward and they recommended I try the Pilates Knockout boxing class at their other location--so I booked it for this Friday and I'm even bringing my husband along! If you're on ClassPass and thinking about trying a class here, definitely read the "How to Prepare" section. It's clear, simple and super helpful. I also recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early--my class was fully booked and you don't want to feel rushed. They offer mat rentals if you don't bring one and I loved their cute grip socks (I grabbed a patriotic USA pair). I started with Drenched back in October and have been obsessed ever since. I am a pilates girl but used to be a hot yoga girl years ago so I actually started here with a sculpt yoga class by the actual queen herself and fell in love! I come here at least once a week now, but for the reformer classes which are HEATED! I'm literally the best of both worlds and every single class is always challenging and literally leaves you drenched but also feeling stronger than ever! Angela is amazing, I've only had the ability to take my first class (glad she was my first class) with her because her classes are always booked so fast but I also enjoyed every other instructor I've taken so far. Will preface by stating I was 6 min late to the class. Upon arriving the front desk didn't seem to know where anything was. Did not have socks for me to buy and was told I could do them in my own socks (never heard that before) then a reformer was not available so I was given a mat? Idk how to do a reformer class on a mat. That's also not what I paid for and the mat was so far away from the friends I went with. Keep in mind, I'm new , this was my first time here. It started off odd. I said I'll come back when one is available. The owner came out while still teaching the class to tell me she does it all the time. In her eyes she was trying to get me to stay but she failed to see how uncomfortable I felt so much to the point I just wanted to leave. Her energy and tone was super aggressive. I've been in the fitness industry a long time. I am an instructor myself so this was super shocking . I did call back to share my experience to give the benefit of the doubt. I think most would have said sorry you had that experience come back and take a class but nope. The owner Angela blamed me, did not take ownership, did not offer anything to fix it and was more concerned about being right rather than acknowledging how I felt. Super disappointed. I never write bad reviews. It takes a lot but this entire experience was just awful. Would have never made someone feel that way and then blamed them for it after the fact. Maybe take a class with a different instructor. There are a million gyms in OC. Can find this anywhere. Again, as an instructor myself this was just crappy to see the situation handled this way. They have heated Pilates classes here. All of the classes are heated. They have mat Pilates and yoga also. It's a small studio with one room/class going on. It is beautiful inside. There is one bathroom and a small sitting area. I love the heated classes because I get a better workout in. Parking is free and easy to find. read more

What a great workout! I didn't know it would be heated Pilates until we got there (my bf was pissed- he says workouts don't need to be heated, as it's already hard for your heart to pump blood to your limbs during a regular workout-he's a doctor & makes sure to tell every instructor this tip about heated workouts *rolls eyes ). I, on the other hand, love the concept! The workout itself was very challenging-just the way I like it. I've been going to yoga and Pilates studios since 2015, and This is the best Pilates studio I've ever been to! I've never felt the need to cry at Pilates until I've taken a class with Angela. She offers modifications to make the class beginner friendly or for pros. Her energy is upbeat throughout the entire class and she has a way of making everyone that walks in her studio feel empowered and welcomed. Her receptionist is also sweet. I took my mom to Drenched OC for the first time and we did the full body burn class. Please be mindful that it is a HOT Pilates class; I did not read the website closely. The workout was tough! I wouldn't recommend it for beginners like us even though the description says it's for all levels. Jordanna was friendly but I wish she was mindful that not everyone is at the same level. I wish she helped my mom and I out while we were struggling figuring out how to do some steps. She only talked to two regular ladies throughout the class and didn't check in on the others. Theres many other studios that offer free first time classes and I personally didn't think it was worth paying $20 for my first class here. read more

The owner and instructor Angela is extremely unprofessional and spastic at teaching. I had to send a quick work text and she called me out for being on my phone. I apologized and waited till the end of class during stretching to respond to my work text. She again came over and tried to scold me so I said "sorry l'll leave". I wiped down the reformer with a wet wipe and she started spraying it with cleaner, spraying directly on my arms. I've never been talked to or treated so horribly by an instructor in my life.
