I used to come frequently and loved classes with Nicole, Penny, and Daveed. Most recently, I took Candice's Myofascial Release class, and it was amazing--my body has never felt so relaxed and open afterward. I also really enjoy Alexis Holden's classes--she incorporates shoulder flossing routines that are super helpful if you're dealing with tightness or desk-job stiffness.
