Car is used and easily tracked on Carfax and clearly sat at another dealer for months unsold, may have been auctioned, and then wholesaled to here. It's not a HIGH value unit when mileage is low as it's only factor. Our offer was fair, and ok as not accepted by dealer. Hope they get the $$ versus long hold period. The owner David Rinker & General manager Tim Peck are SCAMMERS & FRAUDS. They refuse to stand by their vehicles.They refuse to abide by their promises prior to purchase. They advertise & promise: "Quality Luxury Cars-- High Quality Inventory--  Meticulously Maintained vehicles that are inspected thoroughly by their Master Technicians to ensure quality prior to placing them for sale." I purchased a vehicle from them 6 months ago. Within the first 2 weeks of ownership, 4 major issues were found on the car. I'm still trying to compell them to take financial responsibility for THEIR product. 3 leaks were discovered & hidden wrecked major damage to the front bumper cover was discovered. I had the hidden wrecked damages repaired for $2,600. The general mgr has refused to reimburse me for the repairs. I recently found out that the 3 leaks are much worse than I thought. On January 7, 2026, I hired a mechanic that specializes in German vehicles to begin work on one of the leaking areas, the oil filter housing & oil cooler gaskets, these repairs are a major undertaking. When he began removing parts, the amount of oil leakage that was found was extensive. Oil leaked everywhere. It's obvious that those gaskets have been leaking for a long time. He also removed the large plastic engine guard that bolts to the underneath of the engine bay. It was saturated wilth huge areas of oil and oil sludge. He then noticed that the engine oil pan drain hole looked as though the drain plug was screwed in with bubble gum. He removed all the gunk and drain plug to discover that the threads of the oil pan drain hole are stripped. The threads can't be repaired. I need a new oil pan. Everything is documented with photos of evidence. I'm in the process to begin suing Autohaus of Naples for $8,000 thru Florida courts. On January 24, 2026, I received a message from a woman that read my many online reviews of Autohaus of Naples. She shared with me that she recently purchased a Mercedes from Autohaus of Naples. While she was driving on the highway, the entire metal roof flew off. She sent me a photo. It's shocking. She mentioned that the general manager, Tim Peck, has refused to compensate her for the major damage & safety issue. Her vehicle is currently not drivable. She shared screen shots of her communications between she and her salesperson and Tim Peck. Tim was as completely unprofessional just as he was with me & refuses to take responsibility for his products just as with me. Some of the online review platforms allow posting photos but some do not. If you have anything to ask me or share with me about Autohaus of Naples, find my Facebook review on their page. You can then message me thru Facebook. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOHAUS OF NAPLES! They are NOT a quality preowned vehicle dealership. Of importance, I have only been able to drive the vehicle about 200 miles during the 6 months of ownership. The vehicle still has less than 60,000 miles & is a 2011. As a result of my complaint against Autohaus of Naples to the Florida BBB on 9/18/2025, Autohaus of Naples now has a lower rating. It has dropped to B- because they ignored the 3 attempts by the BBB to resolve my complaint. Autohaus of Naples is no longer accredited.

I thought this may have happened during delivery but was shown pictures from the delivery person of this defect existing at the dealership before it was transported. I communicated this to the dealership and was completely blown off. After all the hype about BMW certification and that they go over every element of the vehicle, this obviously got missed but they would not honor taking care of the repair. I would not deal with this dealership again as this is not the proper way to do business.

My Experience with DeVoe Buick GMC…read more I live in Columbus, Ohio, and purchased a 2021 Toyota Venza from DeVoe Buick GMC in Naples, Florida, on May 1, 2026, for about $18,000 out-the-door, including a $13,000 GM Financial loan. Before signing, I specifically requested no early-payoff penalty because I planned to pay off the loan early. Yet the contract incorrectly showed $13,698.50 instead of $13,000 and included a $75 prepayment fee. I immediately asked them to correct both errors. I was told that correcting the contract would delay the transaction, so I was asked to sign it as written and was assured that the amounts would be reimbursed. They provided a written "WE OWE" commitment confirming this. The $698.50 was eventually refunded; the promised $75 was not. Before purchasing, I also arranged an independent inspection. The dealership promised that its lift would be available to the inspectors at an agreed time. The inspectors arrived and waited, but the lift was ultimately not provided, limiting their inspection. I paid off the loan 29 days after signing, yet received the registration paperwork only 32 days after the purchase. I immediately had questions about two documents and repeatedly contacted the dealership, but received no response for six days. Another employee eventually helped me, and I signed and returned everything by overnight mail the same day. Then came the temporary-tag problem. A week before my tag expired, the dealership told me a new one would be obtained and sent. As the expiration approached, however, my calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered. With only hours remaining and no idea whether the promised tag had even been obtained or mailed, I had to go to the Ohio BMV myself and pay $24.75 for another temporary tag. The dealership then sent me the wrong VIN inspection form. The Ohio BMV officer identified the error, completed and signed the correct Ohio Out-of-State Motor Vehicle Inspection form, and I then sent the completed form to the dealership that same day. I eventually contacted General Manager John Shepherd about the delays and lack of communication. He apologized, reviewed the file, and confirmed that the paperwork had finally been submitted to the Ohio BMV. The registration was completed on July 15, and my permanent plate arrived on July 16--76 days after my purchase. Yet despite the written commitment, the dealership still has not reimbursed the $75 prepayment fee or the $24.75 temporary-tag expense, for which I provided the receipt. I then contacted GM Customer Care (Case #107097050), and GM formally submitted a dealership complaint to DeVoe Buick GMC. Still, I have received neither the $99.75 owed to me nor a response resolving the matter. After 76 days, repeated unanswered attempts to communicate, incorrect paperwork, unnecessary delays, wasted time, uncertainty, and out-of-pocket expenses, my request is remarkably simple: honor the written commitment and reimburse my $99.75. I am sharing this experience so prospective customers can consider not only the vehicle, but also the dealership's communication, accuracy, follow-through, and treatment of customer concerns after the sale. I sincerely hope this small outstanding matter can finally be resolved promptly and amicably.

Consistently poor service. Not sure why anyone would buy a Ford product. The service department…read morecalled me and told me they need to have the vehicle for multiple days to get a camera module because "Ford makes them jump through hoops." After owning Cadillacs and GMCs for 20 years, the switch to Ford on the Lincoln Navigator has been horrendous. Buggy tech that alway breaks. Breaks that squeal all the time, but of course the service department "couldn't replicate" (didn't try). Their "service valet" is also awful with onerous terms and restrictions on loaner vehicles and they force you to make an extra trip to the gas station even if they only have your vehicle for a day (they can't spare a gallon of gas lol). I was excited to try the Navigator which seems like a great car and has nice features, but the horrible Ford SYNC technology, glitchy technology, squealing breaks, and awful service department have made me reconsider ever owning another Lincoln or Ford product. When you have major issues with technology and reliability, the service department could compensate with a great experience, but unfortunately Germain Lincoln doesn't - unless you like hearing a lot of excuses.
