Two months passed and I went in alone this time to test drive the car. I wanted a different salesperson and got Ken L. ( don't really want to put his last name here). He was quite annoying. During the ride he was constantly texting someone and not hearing my questions. We went back to the dealer and he figured out a quote and then said so do you want to buy this today. I said no, I'm deciding between the Mercedes, BMW and Porsche. He said when will you know? I said I wasn't sure and that I needed to drive the other cars first and to give me a week. He said, "well I did just give you a quote." As though that was some extraordinary task. He proceeded to call, text and email me everyday asking if I made a decision yet. IF I decided on the Mercedes I would never buy from this person, he was condescending, doesn't listen, is rude and dismissive. He does a disservice to this dealership. I couldn't even get my questions answered because he kept saying so are you ready now after each question. If you want a Mercedes try a different salesperson or dealership.

It went like this: I made the first call, letting the SA Josh (Thompson) know that I am in Arizona and would be making a distance purchase without an in person visit. It took Josh just a few minutes to answer all my questions about the vehicle and for me to make an initial offer. Josh said to give him a few minutes to discuss with his GM and he would get back to me. It took all of 10 minutes and he called me back with a fair counter, which included the cost of shipping the vehicle to Arizona: I accepted. After that, same day, paperwork was completed, payment made, with arrangements made for the pickup of the vehicle for shipping (in 2 days!). Josh was kind, patient, and answered every question and then some. He offered to do a video walkaround of the vehicle, but I determined that wasn't necessary because of the 79 (!) photos that were posted on their website and Josh's assurance that there were no cosmetic issues. He also offered to perform a free oil change which was going to be due in a few months. Every step in the transaction was flawless, and Josh hit the sweet spot of responding to my questions and concerns without being overbearing. It has been, easily, the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I've bought over 20 cars in the past 30 years. Thanks to Josh and Gulfcoast Motorworks!!!

Just because the car fax is perfect don't be fooled by 1st impressions. 2) Make sure you have 2 car fobs or at least one ordered in writing before you close on the deal. I test drove the 2019 Xt5 in the rain so I didn't see how badly scuffed up the paint was . They should of at least detailed it with a ceramic finish by a 6 inch wheel.I was blinded by the carfax and the low miles . 39.950 . Here's a Pic after I spent 6 hours on it detailing it myself . Basically I closed on the deal . I was promised a second fob by the sale rep Elleen. This never happened. She wouldn't return my phone calls . She missed out on a 70.000 sale from my brother for a new Jeep Rubicon. How could you be this irresponsible. Dealerships make fobs for $200. She could of paid for it herself to keep my family's business. I could go on but Its not worth my time Buyer beware. Just another bad experience with poorly trained non professional in Naples . Naples management needs to read these reviews to correct the sales teams for future business. They should contact me and apologize for starters . Offer to send me a new fob .

The day I picked it up I had to call Toyota to tell them my car was crawling with ants inside and out, they send a bug exterminator to my work to take care of them. Still have ants, when I told them about my hood they made me a 9:00 am appointment the next day and the new manager said they will take care of it. After and hour I asked the lady who checked me in if she could get an update and she was shocked that no one ever came to talk to me. After another hour a guy came out with a quote to fix the hood that they broke. This dealership has a new manager every couple weeks and always blames the last guy, they have no business doing paint work as I have over spray all over my doors from the grey primer they used. Just an all around awful dealership run by people that shouldn't even be a janitor there. They also reported to car fax that it was in for a broken window and that was not true nor did they replace any windows. Manager didn't know why it said that. Then when I finally picked it up they told me I had to pay 108 for a tire rotation and oil change that they did without my even asking. I confronted them on the tire rotation because I had just done it myself. They argued it then removed it from my bill. Wouldn't recommend anyone to germain Toyota of Naples. Awful work UPDATE After leaving this review the GM called and pretty much said everything I wanted to hear. Said if they fixed everything all he asked was that I consider changing or removing my bad review. So they took the car back fixed the hood and over spray. Then... I had the pleasure of working with Cindy. She told me the only reason they are doing it was because I was removing the bad review. I told her no I told him I would consider it after the car was completed. She said that's not the deal we had and that I was to remove it. Then she argued with me about how they went out of their way to paint my hood that was clearly covered under the guidelines that Toyota put out. When I pointed out that they only painted the fronts of my doors I asked what happens is the back side starts to chip? She said that's on you to get it re painted. When the Toyota guidelines clearly say the ENTIRE panel should be stripped and replanted. Not just the front. She said the front is the only thing that will peel yet my fender and hood started on the backside. She was nasty. Also their third body shop manager in three months is now Julie. She was standing by my car so I walked over and asked if she was looking for me. She said no this isn't even my car! A simply no would have worked. Wish I could change this to a 0 star review.

I explained to the advisor, Mariah Vachunek that I had the vehicle serviced at Costco SEVEN (7) times to locate the bad TPMS sensor. My sensors were all replaced and the tires were re-flashed 3 times with the latest software updates. On my way home from Costco, the light activated again. I re-flashed the tires at my residence and the light went out but again came on. I am now completely out of ideas so I researched the problem and located a Service Bulletin from Chevrolet #16-NA-061 dated 12/2017 On 5-6-26, I was contacted by the dealership advising me my repair was complete and that they re-flashed the TPMS in the tires. I told Mariah that it was not fixed and that the flash was performed 3 times by Costco and once by myself. She advised that it was done by the computer this time and should be fine. I asked if the vehicle was test driven as I am sure that the light will again come on and she said it was and the system is working correctly. I picked the vehicle up paid $234.99 and within driving approximately 10 minutes, the light came on once again and I immediately called Mariah to advise her that the repair was a failure just as I had said and I asked why the antenna system was not checked as per the bulletin that I provided. She said that the technician, Mike, said the flashing of the tires were all it needed. Mariah advised me that they will make this repair right but I feel that I can speak to them until I am blue in the face and they will just do what they want with no regard for the correct fix. Taking my truck to a reputable Chevrolet Dealership numerous times and needing a ride back home then being without a vehicle is an inconvenience that should not happen numerous times as minor attempts at the problem are performed and costing me $234.99 for a fix that has not already solved my issue. I would much rather have the problem fixed properly the first time. On 5-8-26, I was contacted by Mariah to bring my truck back in so service could again attempt to locate the symptom of my TPMS light activating. Since the last service the TPMS light has activated and deactivated numerous times. Mariah was very attentive to my issue and wanted to make good on the previous service so we agreed on bringing the Tahoe back in on 5-11-26. I dropped the vehicle off on 5-11-26 although the TPMS light was NOT activated. Mariah greeted me and assured me they were doing everything they can to get the vehicle correct. I was contacted later that same day by Mariah and she said that they drove the vehicle and could not get the TPMS light to fault and as such were unable to determine the problem. I picked my vehicle up later that same day and as she said, the light was not activated. On 5-13-26, while driving the TPMS light activated again and the driver's front tire was dashed out in the tire PSI field. I contacted Rick Hendrick Chevrolet immediately at 8:51 am and left a voicemail for Mariah but have not heard back. On 6-2-26, while driving past the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet dealership, my TPMS light again activated and since the fault light was activated and I was advised on 5-8-26 that there was no ability to diagnose the problem because the light was not currently activated, there was nothing they could do for me, I decided to bring my vehicle in so they could see the fault light and possibly diagnose the problem properly. Once at the dealership, I was greeted by Mariah, who pleasantly began writing me up as she remembered all the facts from the previous visits. She then handed me a repair registration with a diagnostic fee for another $234.99. I explained to Mariah that I already paid this diagnostic fee and that the vehicle was MISDIAGNOSED as they completed a service that I advised her was done several times before and was found to not be the fix. I also gave Mariah a Chevrolet Bulletin 16-NA-061 indicating an issue where the symptoms mirrored my issues. I told Mariah that I shouldn't have to pay a diagnostic fee for a repair that was not correct. She advised that she would ask her manager. The Service Manager came out to me and immediately said that I have to pay the diagnostic fee and I said that I would not because my vehicle was improperly diagnosed and the repair was not done correctly. He then stated that the TPMS light was not activated when I came to pick the truck up so it was fixed. The light came on 5 minutes up the road because the repair was NOT fixed and the Bulletin issue was NEVER addressed. Anyone with a GM diagnostic computer can re-set the fault codes and if the repair is not done, it will reappear again within a short drive just like it did to me. The Service Manager would not take the vehicle in unless I paid the $234.99 diagnostic fee again so I departed without repairs

They're trying to rewrite the script. #NoRemorse #DailyEvents #WeNeedToGetSmarter. I had been texting and speaking on the phone with salesman Kahj about a white CRV. He even sent me a lease breakdown in writing -- and not once did we ever discuss an HRV. I was very clear that I wanted a CRV. When I arrived at the dealership, the first car they showed me was extremely basic -- it even had a hand pump to raise the seat! I said, "Forget it," so they brought out another car. I liked that one and agreed to purchase it, believing it was a CRV. At no point did Kahj ever say the word "HRV." I'm not a car expert, so I didn't know the difference. Based on our texts and phone calls, I fully believed I was buying a CRV. It wasn't until I was sitting down to sign the paperwork that I noticed it said HRV. I stopped and said, "Wait a minute -- this says HRV! I thought I was buying a CRV!" Kahj's response? "Oh, it's only two inches smaller -- almost the same car." I should have walked out right then and there. No excuse -- I was just shocked, the process was moving fast, and I went along with it. #PeoplePleaserMoment When I got home, I reviewed all the texts and called my brother, who immediately said, "That's bait and switch." I texted Kahj and called Anthony, the finance manager -- but conveniently, he was "not in," even though I had just seen him ten minutes earlier. I told them I would not accept the car they were trying to deliver. I plan to speak with the general manager on Monday -- and then I'm going to shout it from the mountain tops: Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Especially if you're a single female -- sadly, this kind of thing still happens in this day and age. That salesman knew he never showed me or told me it was an HRV. Anyone can look at our text exchange and see why I believed I buying a CRV. Now he claims he "mentioned the HRV trim" -- maybe he did, but I never heard it.
