He even sent me a lease breakdown in writing -- and not once did we ever discuss an HRV. I was very clear that I wanted a CRV. When I arrived at the dealership, the first car they showed me was extremely basic -- it even had a hand pump to raise the seat! I said, "Forget it," so they brought out another car. I liked that one and agreed to purchase it, believing it was a CRV. At no point did Kahj ever say the word "HRV." I'm not a car expert, so I didn't know the difference. Based on our texts and phone calls, I fully believed I was buying a CRV. It wasn't until I was sitting down to sign the paperwork that I noticed it said HRV. I stopped and said, "Wait a minute -- this says HRV! I thought I was buying a CRV!" Kahj's response? "Oh, it's only two inches smaller -- almost the same car." I should have walked out right then and there. No excuse -- I was just shocked, the process was moving fast, and I went along with it. #PeoplePleaserMoment When I got home, I reviewed all the texts and called my brother, who immediately said, "That's bait and switch." I texted Kahj and called Anthony, the finance manager -- but conveniently, he was "not in," even though I had just seen him ten minutes earlier. I told them I would not accept the car they were trying to deliver. I plan to speak with the general manager on Monday -- and then I'm going to shout it from the mountain tops: Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Especially if you're a single female -- sadly, this kind of thing still happens in this day and age. That salesman knew he never showed me or told me it was an HRV. I specifically called ahead and was told by a service advisor (Carlos) to bring the car in so they could check for any remaining warranty items and address an open recall. I dropped the vehicle off the night before my appointment. The next day I received no communication at all from the dealership. At 1:18 PM I texted Carlos to ask for an update and was told the car had been assigned to a technician who was still working on another vehicle. After hearing nothing else, I followed up again at 5:41 PM and was then told it typically takes 24-48 hours just to look at a car because they are "in season" and have about 150 cars. If that's the case, I don't understand the purpose of scheduling an appointment, and none of this was communicated when I was told to bring the vehicle in. Since I couldn't leave the car another day, I said I would pick it up. Carlos told me he wasn't there anymore, that they close at 6, and that other service reps would help me. When I arrived, I was told the car was with a mechanic and asked if I still wanted it. I said yes. Someone eventually pulled it up and handed me the keys -- no apology, no explanation, no hello or goodbye, and no attempt to make the situation right. I also sent a note to the General Manager about the experience and never received any response, which says a lot given the weekly mailers and advertisements they send talking about how much they value customers. I've owned many different brands of cars over the years and have never experienced this level of disregard for basic customer service. Ironically, the service department is quick to hand you paperwork explaining how to give them perfect survey scores, yet the actual customer experience doesn't come close to meeting even the basics. Needless to say, I won't be leasing another vehicle here, and my wife won't be servicing or leasing her Jeep here either. With over 100 Jeep dealers in Florida competing for business, it's surprising to see a dealership try this little.

But my fiance insisted and said the salesperson was really nice. My fiance's battery went dead on 7/30/25. I jumped it that evening and let the battery charge for a half hour. Dead the next morning and wouldn't jump, multiple tries. I drove to Auto Zone and got a new battery because the Audi dealer is 1.5 hours away, round-trip. Replaced the battery and drove immediately to Audi Naples. Audi told me to let them replace the battery AGAIN and TRY to get my money back from Auto Zone. I refused because I don't want another Audi battery with "Sudden Death Syndrome"! They charged my fiance $291 to reprogram the Audi for a new non-Audi battery. Verified by the Shop Foreman. BS! This reprogramming fee after battery change is NOT required by many manufacturers, but VW Audi wants your money! My fiance then drove to North Georgia for a family emergency, where she noticed that the Audi Q3 wasn't displaying tire pressure, battery charge, service displays, etc. The reprogramming didn't even work! Now she's 10 hours away and afraid to drive back alone. I'll fly up there and help her drive back. $266 for a battery that works, $291 for Audi to "reprogram" that didn't work. Flight $?. Huge waste of time and money! I'll never buy an Audi or VW product again! Horrible, arrogant, disgusting!
