EVERYTHING is good. EVERY-THING! If you have never been to Germany and enjoyed great German cuisine, you know this is the place to be. The desserts here are to die for. Go there now !

Why haven't I walked in this place sooner?! I kept hearing about how fresh the breads and pastries were, so decided to check it out. The Apple Strudel is amazing! We also had the Almond Coffee Cake and Pretzel Stick. The place is simply decorated and you can pick out the delicious pastries at the counter. The staff is super friendly and did a great job explaining what they offer, and the various types of breads they have. They said the owners spend the previous night, 8pm-4am, baking everything so its fresh and ready to deliver to their two Las Vegas locations. We definitely want to come back and try the fresh baked loaves of bread. If you want fresh baked breads and pastries, this is the place. We shall return!

I've been seeing Facebook ads for this place for the last few months or so? My mom has been wanting to go, so today I took her. This place is awful. Stopped in for some bread and maybe some sweet pastries. The bread was dried out, tasted days old -definitely not fresh. Cherry strudel was hard as a rock -the dough was tough and hard to chew-zero flavor. Will not return. Very disappointing.

    Supposed to be pumpernickel bread

Oh no .. sadly, my family learned the hard way that the reviews for their pumpernickel bread were not wrong... It was pretty pricey for the hockey puck we picked up Sunday morning.. you would think Sunday morning would be a baking day, huh? Nope, not a scent of yeast to be had in the shop.. I particularly don't care for that smell but I would care for a fresh loaf of bread hence the store name.. but that's far from what we received. we had to put this loaf of what was supposed to be pumpernickel in the oven for over 10 minutes and it still wasn't soft .?.? Back on the East Coast they do not make pumpernickel with oats on top. I think she actually just passed us off a different loaf . For it being a bread "bakery" with another location, there wasn't much inventory about one of each loaf.?. At rampart location anyway. Again strange for a Sunday morning. The worker was hard at hearing that's why I didn't call the place and ask some questions . Overall wouldn't recommend.

The notes were of spices, dried fruits, toasted caramel, and dark cocoa. The earthy hop notes bring in the extra fresh kick, rounded by a malty sweet finish. For dinner I ordered the Veganes Schnitzel which is a meat-free style of schnitzel made with soy protein and tempting spices, breaded and served crisp with potato-cucumber salad, cherry tomatoes and cranberries and it was completely vegan. I found both the beer and Schnitzel to be very flavorful. The live entertainment really added to the German experience. However, it was our server Celeste who really stole the show. The bill ended up being nearly $250, with multiple add on charges throughout the meal. The server did mention ahead of time that there would be a charge for the kids cup since they don't offer disposable cups with straws, but paying almost $9.50 total for a child's apple juice and a basic non-souvenir cup felt excessive. The pretzel also didn't clearly indicate that the beer cheese was an extra charge, and there was an additional "house charge" added to the bill as well. The food itself was decent, but the overall experience became uncomfortable after payment when the tip amount was questioned. Between the pricing and the extra fees, the experience just didn't feel worth the cost.

This restaurant serves some of the highest-quality German cuisine I've had in Vegas! A craving for my family's spaeztle brought me here. But every menu item absolutely hit the spot! -Onion Cheese Twisters 100/10: A buttery, flaky pastry twisted with bits of cheese and minced onion and served with a seasoned sour cream based dip. This appetizer is light and tasty, not like anything I've ever had and it is a must-order. -Rahm Schnitzel 9/10: A golden cutlet topped with house-made white gravy. Served with some flavorful spaetzle. I typically prefer spaetzle shorter, but the flavor and texture were there and hit the spot. The gravy is creamy, but not nearly as flavorful as the Jaeger Schnitzel gravy. Still a great option. The size small was still a very filling portion. -Jaeger Schnitzel 10/10: Again, a generous portion for a "small". This brown mushroom gravy packs tons of flavor. Definitely hit the spot. With the authentic beer and meal options, Café Berlin is a phenomenal casual locals eatery. Not too busy, accommodating for larger groups, and some of Vegas' best German cuisine.

We started with the APPETIZER COMBO; One pretzel, two potato pancakes and three onion cheese twisters. All were very good and I would order this again. I had the WURSTPLATTE For sausage lovers! I did not have this last time but I would definitely have it again. It was awesome. My friend had the Easter Pork Special which she said was amazing, tender and tasty. All the food was good, the beer was not mine but cool in a boot and the other glass was just as big. The place is cool, we got there early, around 4:45 and by 6:00 it was filling up quickly. The food is good, our server, she was friendly, answered questions and was the only server there and even when it filled up, she covered all the tables with no issues and always made sure our drinks were full and that we did not need anything. I recommend this place and I'll be back.

I visited on a Sunday after checking hours online to confirm they'd be open (they are!). I pulled off of Decatur and into what I certainly assumed would be the drive thru. In hindsight, it did have a sign that said Mobile App Drive Thru, but I didn't think it was unreasonable to assume that means Mobile App AND Drive Thru given the spacing on the sign. There wasn't another car in sight anywhere near the building. I pulled up to the window, an employee opened it, and asked if I wanted to order. She then informed me their drive thru is around the other side. I think there are plenty of people that would've left at this point, but I pulled around, stopped briefly to look at the menu board (just the board, no clear ORDER HERE box like I'm used to seeing), and pulled up to the window. Wrong again, they actually DO have a speaker in the menu board. When I finally got to the window after my third trip around the building, and placing my order, it was very surprising to find out that the employee that had initially turned me away was the same one that had taken my order and served it to me. I'm not sure why we need two drive thru lines, and I'm even less sure why, on such a quiet business day, she couldn't have just taken my order right away and said "so you know for next time, the line is around the other side." Again, my drink was fine, reasonably priced, and this employee was polite through the whole experience, but it all felt impractical and unreasonable.

I like Bacon Pretzel Dog ($13.99), it's tasty and delicious! Pretzel has a lovely exterior crunch from pieces of bacon and Parmesan, it's not salty, and hot dog is juicy. They have ketchup and mustard available. Yellow mustard is an excellent choice for pretzel and hotdog. Its sharp and tangy flavor is appealing and really balances the chewy pretzel and hotdog, it's great! They have additional sauce which is an extra charge (+$1.95) for cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pizza sauce, and icing. Lemonade ($5.95) is so refreshing and yummy! I added extra ice and water to make it less sweet. Service from Jasmine is very kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Jasmine recommended bacon pretzel dog and I love it, it's an excellent choice!
