I visited because I was considering getting liposuction and under eye fillers. I've been wanting fillers for awhile and had been looking around for doctors. My experience with the office staff was a good one. I was in the office a long time for my first visit (over 2 hours). They reported they had a patient with an emergency. I was annoyed by the wait but stayed to get my under eye filler. When I left the office I didn't notice a change. The staff all said they noticed a difference. The next day I felt like it was more noticeable but that was a short lived happiness once the swelling went down my eyes seemed to be very close to my "before". There was a slight difference overall. I feel that it was a complete waste of money. Everyone I know noticed no change. When I went for my follow up I told the physician I was not happy. The physician then told me I needed more filler to get my results and Botox. I was not going to pay more money when I had already not noticed a change and was unhappy with the work done. I felt that the physician should have not told me I could get the desired result if she could not provide satisfactory work. I wasted over $700. I would never go back! Will I do fillers again yes but I'll try another office. I just think she should have told me up front I needed a full syringe instead of doing half and telling me I needed more when I returned. I had a scheduled consultation at 2 PM, I waited for almost an hour and nobody texted or had the audacity to tell me they were running behind. I texted them and ask them what's going on and they immediately called me like they forgot about me it does not feel good when you're going to spend thousands and thousands of dollars with a surgeon. As this was my first time receiving treatment from a med spa, I was a bit nervous. My heart was racing before I even stepped foot into the door. But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely receptionist, Brianna, whom I had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone a couple weeks before to schedule my appointment. Walking in, you get a lovely ambiance. It is relaxing and clearly meant to make the patients feel comfortable in the space. There were a couple other patients who were walking out as I was walking in and they both had smiles on their faces; that definitely helped relieve my anxiety a bit. I had done my research on many different med spas for the treatment that I was seeking, but Dr. Bachilo had the most glowing reviews out of them all and I can see why! After finishing paperwork, I was promptly paired with Dr. Bachilo and we went over the procedure in detail. She is very professional, very attentive, and clearly takes pride in her work. During the procedure, Dr. Bachilo made sure that I was as comfortable as possible and that I was well-prepped. In total, I was in and out of the door within an hour! I really love this practice, Dr. Bachilo and her esthetician Eva Rotmann are very personable. Feels more like visiting with a friend in the way they provide care. Easy location right off 610 and free covered parking and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. When they offer a cappuccino during your visit, accept as it is stellar. With just one syringe of filler placed in multiple strategic spots, Dr. Bachilo made a dramatic improvement which reduced jowling and even minimized neck sag. I also had botulinum at the same time, with absolutely no bruising from either. Trust me, you want a PS to perform these injections, they have a greater understanding of the underlying structures and can therefore provide better results.
