He sold out to a conglomerate. The new owner doubled Dr. Sucaet's prices, and her agenda seems to be to get rich quick. She closed this office, and transferred patients to another office. Rarely do I wait longer then 15mins. Before doing any work, they explain what your insurance will pay and what's expected out of pocket. Unlike some, they allow payments (as long as you show good faith on your part). I like some hygienists more than others, but it's more to do with personality than care quality. Dr, Freeman is the best. He is very personable and makes going to the dentist bearable. I have terrible teeth thanks to genetics, and have had several root canals, fillings etc. Doc always makes sure to explain what he is doing, then once he starts, every few minutes he'll stop and make sure I'm not having any discomfort.

Started off good with filling a bad…read moretooth that my original dentist recommend the tooth being pulled and suggested a surgical extraction - I went to McKinley - Holloway she said she could fill the tooth - which I agreed to. Then they did all kinds of procedures that I didn't approve of - thousands of dollars of work was recommended. I told them I didn't approve any of these procedures done. I was given a credit and later had a tooth filled and a different tooth pulled. So the credit I had was used up. I went to a new Dentist this week they did X-rays etc and found two teeth that need to be removed and recommended another Dental Surgeon which I met with today. The charges for the two teeth is going to be less than I paid for one with McKinley. So in closing - the prices of McKinley is way to high and appear to only want to do expensive procedures. Very disappointing. I will say this the Dentist did do a good job as far as the removal of the tooth. Unfortunately the tooth she filled is now one of the teeth that will have to be pulled so I wasted a lot of money having it filled.

We saw reviews on Yelp for this nearby dentist and decided to come on in. I am a huge dental-chicken but I will definitely be going here after I witness how they treated my mom. The work was quick, excellent and priced fair. What I really liked were how nice the people were! Every single person that you have to interact with were kind, knowledgeable and understanding. The actual office environment is very inviting & bright with books and artifacts to put you at ease. I found the music to be a bit loud in the waiting room but I'm sure if I said something they would have toned it down. DDS, Ray McKinley wrote a fascinating book; you can read it or purchase it while you are in the office.

I was initially quoted one fee, but I was later charged a different amount and then received an unexpected bill after I believed the balance had already been paid. The lack of clear communication regarding the final cost was disappointing and created unnecessary frustration. While I appreciate Dr. Nofar's excellent work, the quality of the dental care and the professionalism of the staff, I would encourage the office to improve transparency and consistency with treatment estimates and billing so patients are not surprised by additional charges.

I don't think that you could find a worse dental office if you tried. Thirty minute appointments…read morelinger into hours and they will not fulfill scheduled appointments. I had an initial exam and then (so they can bill insurance twice) they schedule a second appointment for the cleaning. Sure they'll say it's to determine an apporpriate cleaning process, but that really starts the cycle of unecessary deep cleans and additional treatments. I get off with a regular cleaning, or so I thought... Weeks later, Aspen has cancelled now three (3) times because their hygienist cannot work within his schedule to save his life. I asked to speak to the owner and was told..."well he just doesn't do that." Save yourself some grief and time - aovid Aspen Dental at all costs! I'll wait until my insurance election period and go elsewhere. There is no way that you will have a pleasant experience here.
