My local banks (Adrian, MI.) pissed me off big time ..every time I tried to get a mortgage they always drove me to NOIC and NOIC always came through. I can recommend with confidence David Gano at the Monroe Office . I can be a pain to work with at times but Dave handled me like the pro that he is. He knows his products, the laws, and the industry. Lastly, Dave does his best to help you navigate through the minefield laid by the "underwriters " a clearly misunderstood group. Unfortunately I don't get them either.
