This is a fun place and not just for kids! I went with my daughter and not only did we have a great time, but we got a serious workout out of it. Really did not expect that! You have to use their grip socks, but at $3 a pair (you can wash and reuse them), I think it's very reasonable. They also have lockers you can rent for $1, which I find very convenient. The place was clean and the staff friendly. We went during the week, so it was not crowded, and I assume it's even better. We were told they have a DJ and glow in the dark nights during weekends. This place is great for toddlers to jump around and wear them out! The reason for the one star is because this place is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Hand prints on EVERYTHING clear. Lint and hair and gross human belongings everywhere. The bathrooms are out of a truck stop movie, they are absolutely disgusting and never have soap. I don't think this place has been cleaned EVER. This is such a cool place but OMG THE BATHROOMS!!! My daughter got a membership for Christmas and after a month of visits, we have learned, don't drink too much water befit visiting because the bathrooms are beyond disgusting. The women's bathroom has 3 stalls. One is ALWAYS out of order. One is always leaking... like a full layer of water on the floor that covers the whole room ( keep in mind the jumpers are in socks) and the third is hit or miss. Today, covered in feces. The boys bathrooms have been completely out of order since we started coming here. There are two all gender bathrooms. One is always out of order. One is always locked. No matter what! There are no paper towels, rarely any toilet paper, no small trash receptacles inside the stalls, and no baby changing stations. Oh and there are two water fountains One doesn't work. The shorter one works but the buttons to get it to work are broken so you actually have to reach your hand inside of the water fountain and find the right place to press for it to work. So despite the "no outside food or drink" signs on the outside of the park, please remember to bring your own water bottles! Also make sure to bring your own snacks because the vending machines have been out of order since we started coming here as well. I think you can buy chips at the front and the Dipping Dots machine seems to be working. There are so many kids and birthday parties here... these small and necessary maintenance issues should be taken care of immediately! There's really no excuse for the lazy management. read more

So, this place is great for ages 18mo to elder years. I went for the first time with my 3yr old this week and regret not going all of December. It is a truly fantastic athletic fun place for kids. Im sorry the one lady who wrote the negative review had such a terrible experience, but I did not have that at all. There are mixed ages ALL over, and the staff only intervened if the "one at a time" rule was being disobeyed. We had no rules on where we had to go, but at one point it was getting a bit older kid heavy so I herded my son for some fun time in the special toddler zoned area. They must have had stricter rules when opening and have since realized the bulk of their week day morning bizniz is lil kids. This is not a baby friendly place for really young kids who cannot walk. There is constant movement everywhere with little to no control on speed and bounce. Your baby should be very sturdily walking if you want to check it out with them. The toddler days are the best deal price wise, and you don't have to pay an adult fee if you have no plans to actively bounce. You do need to buy their socks, which are cheap, and are mega grippy so you don't slide everywhere ( about $3is for kids). They have benches thru out the area and other playform places to sit so you don't need to be up your kids grill as they spend time in a zone. They have very limited snacks (mostly sugary) and drinks to purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own food & drinks They have bathrooms and changing rooms if you want yo get your workout in while your kids bounce. The bathrooms do have koala kare in them. I definitely plan on going at least once a week or more during winter. I have heard its very busy Saturdays so go with adjusted expectations for the weekend- my review is based on weekday morning visits. If I have one complaint I would like the music during toddler time to be disney kids or kids tunes instead of sia singing about drinking & other singers talkin about "gettin it". However, the music is loud and cheery and its so fun there. Definitely give it a chance, I really have not seen any unhappy kids. read more

Kids had a blast. It's a great place to burn energy. Pros: clean, safe, fun environment. Cons: you pay by the hour, you have to buy their grippy socks even though you have your own socks on and to jump in a trampoline, those aren't necessary and are $3 a pair. This was a good place to take our 11 year old for birthday party of 16. Issue is they charge $350 for ten kids, simple math is $35 per kid. Includes 3 pizzas, shirt and soda (that they order in btw). To add kids it is $30 each. So once is all said and done you average $32-$35 a kid. Well, if you just go to open jump and grab a table (not guaranteed) you will pay $15.99 or $21.99 per kid. Wish we would have done the jump, then took all the kids to a good pizza joint. Your table and order in pizza isn't worth the extra. I told the manager of this and he pointed out this includes plates and clean up. I specifically noticed smaller parties (that didn't pay for the package) with Get Air plates and I am sure they didn't take their trash with them. I think Get Air needs to re-evaluate their party pricing. The mentioned $350 is their cheapest package BTW. Also, there was almost no supervised activities by staff. Jump at your own risk and have parents monitor is the theme here. read more

Pros: cool amenities Cons: smells like a musty gym bag. The AC is broken. We could only jump for 20 min even though we paid for an hour because it was way too hot. My 3 year old was overheating. We asked for a refund. It was too hot to enjoy ourselves. When I asked the front desk gal (I don't want to throw her under the bus because she was really sweet) how long the AC hasn't been working, she said it's been broken for 2 YEARS. This space is great. Very clean and well maintained. My kids love coming here and exhausting their little hearts out. The only mild complaint I do have is, they are a little high priced based off an hourly rate and the staff didn't manage the hour time zone very efficiently. We hadn't started jumping at the time they clocked us at so out scheduled time to exit was about 20 minutes to early. This could have just been the staff scheduled at the time as well. The hubs and I brought our friends two kiddos here for an afternoon of jumping fun. One of them had been before so we got the low down on the rules which include the same size people in each area. The place was packed with littler people than myself so I opted to sit this one out. And we came for the girls not ourselves anyway. It was a blast to watch them bounce, run, slide and jump into the foam pits. We signed up for an hour of bounce time and at about the 45 minute mark they were wiped out. Some of the arcade games in the kiddie section look like they might be broken, but the facility is clean and the trampoline area is huge. They provide & sell grippy socks which I love because it makes jumping a lot more safe and fun. Haven't tried the foam pit yet but the trampoline ramps are my favorite. read more

How does this place not have a better score here? I held my 40th birthday party here last Saturday and everyone of us (dozen or so 30-40 year olds) had an absolute ball here! We were raving about it on our Facebook event page afterwards. The staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond, according to my girlfriend, who organized my surprise birthday party here. I can't believe the number of things they have here. Ninja Warrior routes, trampoline basketball, scarf swing thingy, horizontal rope ladder, foam pit, and more. We were 100% exhausted by the end of this. And sore for days afterwards. Many of us are already talking about going back. I had my daughters birthday party here and was very disappointed with the host. He was to busy running around clipping a balloon on his CO-workers rather then helping make sure we were taken care of. I had to ask host from another party to help me get a couple of the kiddos checked in so they could jump because my host was busy goofing off. I will say that it was nice that they had a area for lil ones so everyone could get a little jumping in. Then when I mentioned to the front desk that they should advise BEFORE purchase that children under 46" only have limited jumping, I was told I should have watched the video a little closer. Get Air is such a great place to bring the family!!! It's clean, everything is in great condition, and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us!!! This facility is great! We have been here numerous times for toddler time, which is a great time for parents to have fun with their little ones for free! Every Tuesday and Thursday we know to start our day off at GetAir! I have been to numerous birthday parties for my nephews and their friends. Everything is so clean, easy, and just an overall great time! They have party hosts that allow you to skip the line at the front and check you in back in your party area! I believe I have seen three different hosts for three different parties and each of them seem to do a great job and well trained. It's great that they not only tend to the party but you get to see them interact with the kids up on the trampolines, really shows they care about giving the kids a great experience! We bought a summer pass for our daughter and what a money saver that will turnout to be! It was $99, but two hours everyday for three months, such an easy buy! We are so happy a place like this opened in Longmont! I encourage anyone to go and jump! I jump myself and see other adults and it is a blast!! read more

No supervision at all. Watched three teenagers stand in their own huddle the whole two hours we were there. Not once did they walk around and check on anything! Two fights broke out in dodgeball and only parents were around to intervene. A kid got stuck in the foam pit and again no supervision to help only other kids who rushed to his aid. I like the place and the people helping. We celebrated my Sons birthday, and the thing I didn't like is that they don't have an option to get a thin crust of pizza. The pan pizza was too thick I felt. You can charge an additional amount and provide that option instead of not giving that option at all. read more
