The trampolines were the best and the workers were very nice and shouting out to Lexie for a great time.

Manager was rude to teenagers, agreed with the irrational parent, and yelled at specific older kids for no good reason.

Best Birthday Party Experience Ever -- for Kids and Adults…read more We hosted Stella's 4th birthday party at Bounce Empire, and it was hands down one of the coolest places we've ever had a party. What truly sets Bounce Empire apart is that it's not just for kids -- it actually considers the adults too. So many kids' birthday venues forget about the parents, but not here. There's a full bar, massage pods, a movie theater room with recliners to watch sports, chess tables, and a beautiful outdoor patio with mountain views. It felt more like a resort than a kids' party venue. And the bounce houses? Definitely not just for kids. All the adults had an absolute blast too. They even have DJs! We were there for an 11 a.m. party so we didn't get to experience the DJ that day, but I've been here before for a late-night adult girls' party and it's just as fun for adults as it is for kids. Now I have to talk about the event planner, Ariann -- because she truly made this experience unforgettable. As a mom of two, getting somewhere early to set up balloons, cups, decorations, food, cupcakes, candles... it's usually stressful and exhausting. This time? I didn't lift a single finger. Ariann handled everything. Setup, food, cupcakes, candles, décor, and even cleanup. I was able to just be present and actually enjoy my child's birthday party -- which honestly almost made me cry. That kind of care and support is priceless. We never felt rushed, the party flowed perfectly, and it was by far the most laid-back, fun, and stress-free birthday party we've ever had -- for our kid. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it 100% worth it? Absolutely. I would recommend Bounce Empire to anyone looking for a birthday party that truly caters to everyone -- kids and adults. We will definitely be back.

Your kids will have an absolute blast. If you have toddlers, this is not the place for them yet. They'll have a tough time negotiating all of the bounce houses and obstacle courses, and the slides will be a little too fast for them. One day, they'll love it, but not yet. If you're a parent or just going as an adult, prepare for a lot of STEEP slides, fun obstacles, and a fun few hours to be a kid again. It's an active, high energy place, and as long as you are ready to unleash your inner kid, you'll have a great time. The inflatables are incredible. The live DJ makes it feel special. Overall, it's so much better than you'd ever expect.

They are young so they stuck to running on the long trampoline into a mat, climbing the bounce house and going down the slide, and playing in the foam pit. My only complaint would be that I wish there was an option for a longer party because the kids were having so much fun!! The staff working our party were so incredibly helpful - I couldn't have asked for better people helping! They cut the cake and served it, which helped me focus on other things. This would be an amazing place for any age to have a party - They do more activities led by the staff when the kids are older. We'll be back another year I'm sure for the party. And we also want to go to the open house now, and classes at some point. :)

I was offered 200$ for the job. Upon completing the job I was told to leave my information as the owner was not there. After multiple days of messages and emails I was Venmo'd 100$ by Kassie Haag while being told in emails "Unfortunately my team did not have approval for the $200 rate. We typically book speakers who do this for free and only pay businesses a fee for events at the gym." As someone who ran a gym this is scummy behavior, and I feel sorry for the children who seemed to enjoy the time, and the employees I worked with because they were all wonderful and they deserve better and so do you.

Immediate termination…read moreof my level 10 athlete, a six year veteran of an Airborne's competitive team, from the team/gym within 24 hours and two emails while gaslighting the situation with false accusation: unfathomable. We had (still have) never met or even spoken to the new owners. Their primary reason after I debunked numerous false accusations, was because I refused to purchase a competition leotard through them. Here's the kicker, they already OK'd the parents to select and purchase the leotards directly without them. I personally requested and received permission via email from a Director at Airborne with at least one of the owner's acknowledgement to inquire about wholesale pricing and to purchase the competition leotards directly. Since I had been ordering gear for the team for several years, I directly contacted the leotard rep and was able obtain wholesale pricing, without use of a booster club, put design options together, and secured sizers upon Airborne's approval of design. Parents were also granted permission by Airborne to use practice time to size the girls. Apparently Airborne planned to use the sizers I secured to place the order directly and (surprise!) upcharge all parents with no communication at all. I heard this through the grapevine during the designated practice for parents to size the girls (our family was in crisis mode so I wasn't able to be at the gym). I did the work to design and secure great pricing for the team, with permission from Airborne, for the team's benefit, and then they underhandedly swooped in to charge the team without even the courtesy of asking if they could use the sizers I secured. This felt very deceptive and manipulative. It gets worse than just charging me for the work I did. My first communication I had with Airborne owner's was when I sent an email to them per directors/head coach suggestion explaining the history, their previous approval, and the work I put into it. Their following emails had numerous conflicting statements as well several false accusations towards me, such as I used an old booster club to obtain wholesale pricing (another company also offered wholesale pricing to us as parents) and that I never did the ordering for the team. They continued to knowingly falsely tell parents that I unethically used an old booster club to obtain wholesales even after they were told that I had written proof to the contrary. One would expect people who work with children to promote ethics, integrity, and communication. Airborne's behavior is unacceptable for any business, but especially for those entrusted with children and teens. I had kept the Director/Head Coach abreast of how pricing was obtained and every step I was taking via text. I openly and transparently communicated, truthfully, in good faith. Once the booster club accusation was debunked the owner's told others that I sent excessively negative emails but neglected to mention that my emails were in response to their false accusations. Of course I was frustrated and could have had less harsh emails rather than responding to them in the same manner they were treating me. My daughter had completely trusted and had had a close relationship with the head coach. His actions, or lack thereof, caused her to lose her great love for the sport and caused damage with trusting another coach in a different sport. All the correspondence is in writing. Please feel free to contact me on this matter at protect.our.child.athletes@gmail.com. I will do everything I can to keep this from happening to another child/teenager. Oh and btw, booster clubs are for the benefit of the athletes, not a pro-profit business (don't get bullied into pay-for-play, it's illegal).
