UNSANITARY!!! I was recently at Launch and saw Workers walking on the mats with their shoes on. Shoes that they walk outside with. This is not the fault of the employees. This is the fault of management. Do they not realize what is on the concrete of the streets.....Feces urine spit blood amongst other things.. for management to give their employees the OK to walk on mats where our children are jumping , falling , playing , putting their hands in their mouths is outrageous. Could I say this trip out to Howard Beach was for a friend's child's birthday or perhaps niece or nephew? I could. But that'd be lying =P Because in reality I took my grown up self and a friend along for kicks to an indoor trampoline park filled with hyperactive toddlers and children, while their parents mostly stood around and chaperoned. AND I HAD A BLAST Top 40 pop songs reverberated over the speakers as I jumped my not-so-child-like heart out. Youthful joy was rekindled. In those moments suspended in the air for half a second, my five year old self made an appearance. Afterwards someone might've tried to jump on the asphalt ground outside because they were in a bouncy kind of mood and have been slightly disappointed at not achieving the same air. Ok and I maaay have not read the address when I bought the admission ticket, bc Howard Beach is kinda a far trek though I made sure to arrive right when they opened to avoid what I expected to be a small army of elementary age kiddos by early afternoon. There were maybe 15-20 kids when I arrived and when the magical clock struck 11:30am about 40 more arrived with families in tow. At that point it was a leeettle awkward to be face to face watching the parents watch their kids, though gotta admit seeing kids having fun brought a smile to my face. Ok I'm about to ding a couple things bc I'm rating this from an adult perspective and include things that I'd love selfishly to have at a place like this 1) more supportive landing pads in the areas for the ninja warrior and rock climbing section...my old body doesn't balance as well so if you happen to land closer to the edge of the air pad, your body weight kinda makes you roll off the edge (like into a wall/pole), 2) could I ask for a section for "kids" X foot Y inches and above height requirement, since there's a 3 and younger age section, haha I know that's probably a stretch, 3) paper towels in the bathroom. Other info: you need to sign a waiver to participate. You must wear their special grip socks $3/pair. No personal belongings allowed on the trampoline area, lockers are $5 each to rent. There are weekend evening "older kid" nights where they dim the lights and have glow sticks. A couple rooms on the mezzanine floor that can be reserved for groups or parties. There's a concessions stand that sells food and drinks, and several arcade games you can pay to play. Bathrooms are available. read more

Although the kids had an awesome time, I have some reservations. Once they are addressed I think this place would be even greater . I like that they have timed slots and announce when your slot is over, but I do think it gets extremely crowded and it's chaos everywhere. The locker area is crowded , the jump area is crowded, the party and parent area is crowded which just make it a non enjoyable experience. If they could find a way to space out sessions and only allow for a certain number of person I think it would be more enjoyable for the parents too. As for me , I'll come back during off peak hours in hopes that the crowd will be minimal. I can't post the pics I have as I want to protect my kids. read more

I would equate the success of my nieces 3rd birthday party to Sean M. If you're debating having a party here, personally ask for Sean M to handle your crew. Literally from the moment we were signing in, to the end of the festivities, he was attentive, assertive, and wrangled not only the kids but adults too. It started when i didn't have my phone with me to sign the waiver downstairs. He quickly whipped out his personal device for me to fill out the waiver so i didn't have to go back upstairs for it. He was so friendly to the kids and adults alike, always making sure Tessa (our birthday girl) was ready for the next thing. He walked our group to the jump area, where we had an absolute blast. Our kiddos were mostly under 4 years old so we hung out in the little kiddo section but eventually went around the whole place. When it was time for pizza, Sean was ready to go with plates, pizza, and cups at every seat. He poured waters, lemonade, and handled it all. Don't get me wrong, we offered an extra hand to which he politely said "i got this". You don't often meet such incredible party heroes so Sean M. Truly deserves extra recognition! Keeping a bunch of kiddos happy may be an easy job, it's the adults that can be difficult. Luckily Sean M had it all under control with a smile on his face the whole time. We'll be recommending this place to our friends, and more specifically having them book an event with Sean M. I decided last minute to celebrate my son's birthday here. We arrived around 6 on a Wednesday and there were only 2 other children. That was perfect for me because I didn't care to be around too many screaming kids. It's expensive. My parents came along and I had to pay for them just to come in even though they didn't want to jump. The pizza wasn't good. The fries weren't good. You pay for the experience. Worst Park Experience Ever - Unsafe, Disgusting, and Completely Unsupervised I don't usually leave reviews, but this place was so shockingly bad that I feel like it's my duty to warn others. Let me just start by saying this park was an absolute disaster. From the second we walked in, I could tell it was going to be a letdown. It's ridiculously small - nothing like the photos online. What looked like a fun, active space was actually a cramped, run-down patch of sad turf and dirty equipment. It felt more like a forgotten storage lot than a park. Everything was filthy. Trash everywhere, overflowing garbage cans, sticky floors, and a weird, sour smell that hit you the moment you walked in. You'd expect a park--especially one that's supposed to be for families and kids--to at least be clean. Nope. Then there's the issue of no dodgeballs. There's a big area supposedly meant for dodgeball, but there weren't any balls. Not a single one. Just some deflated messes lying in the corner. It's literally advertised as a dodgeball court, but how are kids supposed to play without actual balls? Makes no sense at all. Now here's the truly disturbing part: the foam pit. I don't know who designed it or why it's even there in the condition it's in, but someone was literally suffocating in it while we were there. A teenager jumped in and got stuck so deep that they couldn't move or breathe. People were panicking, trying to pull them out, and it took several minutes to free them. There were no staff nearby when it happened, and even after they were told, they just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. No first aid, no apology, no response whatsoever. To make everything worse, there were a bunch of unsupervised kids running around, yelling and swearing at the top of their lungs--f-bombs, slurs, everything you don't want your kids hearing in a public space. And what were the workers doing? Nothing. They just stood around chatting with each other like they couldn't care less. No one stepped in. No one enforced any rules. It was like Lord of the Flies in there. This place is completely unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I would never bring my family back here, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you want to waste your money and possibly witness a medical emergency while your kids learn every curse word in the book. My gosh this place is chaotic on a Saturday! My youngest niece was here bouncing all over the place for her birthday. They have their own parking lot, but it was full, so we had to park in the neighborhood a couple of blocks down. Once we finally got in, we had to go to the line to get checked in... but we also had to fill out waivers even if we weren't jumping around. We had to go to the screens that were asking for oh so much info! I was hoping to watch my niece up close, but you have to buy a wristband just to be a watcher.... why? So I just did so from afar on the second level. On that note... it was super busy. One table ended up freeing up, but the previous customers left it in such a mess. Thank goodness my sister carries around wipes and such, because cleaning items weren't easily accessible otherwise. Some staff should go around and make sure these tables are clean in a timely manner. There was a concession stand on the first floor and vending machines with several bottles (including water) for a bit of a hiked price -- just think being in an amusement park. All in all, I'd say you don't really enjoy yourself unless you're partaking in the bouncing. I really did want to, but not with all those kids... was afraid I would've landed on someone LOL!!! He decided this was grounds to "ban me" from an establishment that I very much was trying to go to with my family. I really believe I did nothing wrong here and stand true to what I said. Came to this Launch Trampoline Park today with my family for the first time. It wasn't too crowded. My two boys 14 and 8 really enjoyed themselves. My husband joined them and said he felt like a kid again except for the soreness afterwards The staff there were very pleasant especially Emily C. She was very helpful and kind to us. This place is packed, and parking is limited, especially on the weekend, but street parking can be found. We went on Saturday night for a birthday party. We were very disappointed because all the lockers were taken. As soon as you walk in, the lockers will be on the left side and a small arcade on the right side. The seating and party rooms are upstairs. The jumping area was very clean, and my kids loved it. We were a little disappointed that the place didn't have to party room availabile on time. I wouldn't recommend this place if you get overwhelmed easily as it's a mad house. It's chaos and I'm not sure how they keep the children secure as there's just a man standing at the entrance to the play area. Don't go! Safety Issues surrounding trampoline and the obstacle course.. metal surrounding the jumping pods and gaps in between the trampoline and the launchpad surrounded by metal NOT properly covered. Our first time at this trampoline park, just like many others such as Skyzone. Safety should be a priority. My son fell on the launchpad which has a surrounding metal piece ( look at picture) his tooth and mouth started bleeding. This piece should have been covered in surrounding foam to prevent injury. After that 1st incident subsided he still wanted to play but this time I was concerned it wasn't safe. He went along to play on the launchpad and he fell between the launchpad and the cushion where you flip on injured his clavicle bone bruised and in extreme pain. Although the manager Breanna tried to rectify the issue this building is mostly run by teenagers who didn't know what to do but offer a ice pack. I insisted to call medics to have my 6yr old son checked out. I advise this place to be shut down immediately and safety inspection to be done. Also they have no separation barriers in kids age groups. The smaller kids are with the big kids unsafe overcrowded & not properly clean. Stick to SKYZONE or any other trampoline park. I hope no other serious injuries occur for the kids that just came to have fun. I had purchased a family fun pack of $155 only for it to turn into a disaster. There are some deals also on Groupon, too. Even though they have deals, it is over priced for me. Knowing that i can spend $20 at Planet fitness for a monthly membership fee, paying the prices for trampoline park is too much! But still a good place for entertainment. The place is clean, especially the bathrooms! No locker rooms to change. The lockers are located at the entrance and limited!!! You have to make sure you drive, might need to put your belongings in the your own car! The white shirt and the socks they sell are required to get in. Currently here with my husband and son. We had a blast the first time so much my son said we need to bring daddy too and so we did. It's a fun spot. They just celebrated 1 year open recently and they deserve it. I've not had the food platters but it's your standard food honestly. Vending machine price for drinks however is outrageous. $3.00 for a 20 oz soda. Having said that, it's an amusement venue and so you're paying for the experience. We purchased just the jump time again but 60 minutes rather than 90 minutes. Learned the hard way last time 30 minutes is really my limit and my son is a hard 60 minutes himself. I went there today with my son and his friends. They had a good time; but unfortunately I had a lot of issues. First they require you to sign a waiver, which I completely get. However, for whatever reason it wasn't working on my phone and instead of the employee helping me, she pretty much shrugged it off like "oh well that's your problem". I had to ask if there was another way to sign, then she finally pointed me to a computer. I mean why didn't you say that in the first place? Then for a place of this size with that many kids, there was not enough employees supervising. My son got hit in the face with a dodge ball because the kids were playing rough, and it's not until after that happened the employees acted concerned and were actually paying attention. read more

This place is an absolute nightmare. The kids I brought were anxious for our entire time there and even cried (age 8 and 13). The business plays deafeningly loud, child-inappropriate music. It is extremely overcrowded. The wait time to buy entry passes took our group appx 35minutes. The business has minimal supports in place to accommodate families (no benches, or tables) -- lots of sitting on the dirty floor while hundreds of hyperactive children and adults walked over us as we tried to help the kids in and out of their mandatory socks. UPDATE, Back again. This is my third visit to Launch. Aside from my grandson's birthday party, I went with my daycare group (age ranges 1 year to 5) (7/12/19) and they loved it. I thought it was reasonably priced and organized. There was one other group besides mine and it was perfect! The children were in a contained and safe environment. We ordered the chicken fingers with fries, apple juice and water. Which was all excellent and waiting for us after the hour. The children had so much fun and had an opportunity to rid themselves of some toddler energy. The only downside was when they hour was over lots of tears :-( Today (7/15/19) I returned with my grandson and his friend. I had to tear them away from the video games! They had a blast! They reenacted all the moves they saw on their video games, ran, jumped, dunked a couple of balls into the hoops and surprised themselves by completing some of the obstacle course. As usual the staff was very attentive and encouraged the kids to have fun! I was happy to notice the same manager was still here. He is great at what he does. So happy these type of places are opening again... these kids need to burn all that energy! I went with a group of 9 for my sons bday (this was not an official bday party hosted by launch, just a jump session). Everyone had a great time. It's perfect for kids, and even a fun adult date. Everyone gets a good workout and don't worry 1.5 is plenty of time! The staff was also nice and helpful. They were strict on the mask over the nose policy which made me feel safer. Important to note for parents that everyone needs a paid ticket due to covid restrictions. Typically these places let the parents go in and only the people who are jumping pay, however this is no longer the case. I had 7 kids and their parents couldn't come in because I did not reserve their ticket. Luckily for them (and not for me) i babysat while they grabbed a cocktail nearby. read more

Came here for a birthday party. First thing I notice is that it was freezing, I asked if they was going to turn on the heat and they said no when the kids jump they will get hot.
