Josh, my salesman, was incredibly professional and dedicated. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy. David handled our orientation and did an amazing job explaining how everything works on the trailer. He was thorough, clear, and made sure I understood how to operate all the systems before leaving. I really appreciated how patient and detailed he was -- I left feeling prepared instead of overwhelmed. Porfirio installed my weight distribution hitch and made sure everything was set up properly and safely before I got on the road. His attention to detail and professionalism gave me real confidence towing my trailer home. Big thank you to the entire team at Sky River RV for making this such a positive experience. Highly recommend them if you're in the market for an RV!

I almost didn't bother writing this review because I already know how it ends…read more Somewhere, a customer service representative will reassure everyone that my experience mattered, that my time is valuable, that they appreciate my perspective, and that they're eager to earn my business back. It's a remarkably polished response, especially considering how little evidence there is that anyone at the company reads these reviews as anything other than another opportunity to hit Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V. What's truly impressive is the consistency. Customer after customer describes the same frustrations, and the dealership responds with the same carefully worded promise to do better next time. At this point, the apology appears to be the most reliable service they provide. If the energy spent crafting generic public responses had been invested in communicating with customers, honoring appointment times, returning phone calls, or simply doing quality work the first time, there probably wouldn't be pages of reviews requiring the exact same response. So don't worry about inviting me to continue the conversation. Based on the pattern here, the conversation has already been written. The names change, the dates change, but the experience--and the response--remain exactly the same. In a way, it's comforting to know they're committed to consistency. It's just unfortunate they chose the wrong thing to be consistent about.

The message said to leave name make model and year of Rv and issue, given my past experience with other mobile Rv repair businesses I wasn't gonna hold my breath for a return call. While I was in the process of manually leveling my 40 foot 5th wheel Mike the owner operator called me back and told me he would be at my location first thing in the morning 9:00am sharp. To my surprise he was like clockwork. Upon his arrival he immediately started to troubleshoot my problem and figured out my issue. I needed a new left front jack stand and motor. I was prepared to pay out of pocket since I figured he did not work with extended service plans and to my surprise he accepted and worked with Good Sam extended service plan got my repair covered ordered the part and had it here next day. Literally in less than 24 hours he had me up and running. While he was here he repaired my front awning which had been separating from my unit and it is better than before. Highly recommend his service he made me feel like I was important and took care of business. So much so he will be my new service tech for all future needs. Thank you Mike you are an outstanding human and a professional. I wish you years of success!!!!!

BEWARE! I had my…read moreHonda Element towed here after reading positive Yelp reviews. My Honda Element overheated in Paso Robles, so I immediately had it towed to Moonlight Mechanic. Julie and Shirley seemed like great peopel as everyone else has mentioned. THEY OVERCHARGE FOR PARTS: I was charged $99 for a $30 part ( Thermostat housing ), which did not fix the issue, then... I was quoted $210 for a $80 part ( TYC Radiator fan assembly ) fortunately, the part they ordered did not fit, then... I was quoted $380 for a $100 part ( Radiator fan motor ). feeling hoodwinked, I ordered the part online and picked up the car that day. THE SLOW SERVICE: After they ordered the wrong replacement part, "luckily", today I picked up my car 6 days and $400 dollars later and it's still not completely fixed. I feel misled. I believe that a "retail" markup of 300% to 400% is very dishonest. I would rather have been charged higher prices for quality labor than to be misled and charged high prices for low quality automotive parts. They might be an alright place to get a standard Oil Change, but I would ask that they sincerely revisit their business practices. Avoid for auto repairs! - Mike

After what we've been through this weekend, I can't extoll Julie's virtues any higher. She…read moreliterally salvaged our weekend, and made a very bad situation tolerable. We also found a jewel in Paso Robles - you are very lucky to have a good, honest, 24/7 car repair shop right in your town. Long story short, our car broke down on the side of the highway outside Paso. We were headed down for a birthday weekend get-away of wine tasting from the Bay Area. This was a mini-vacation we'd planned and to which we'd been looking forward. After the car stopped and we pulled off the road, I called AAA for a tow and called all over the area to try and find a mechanic who could look at the car over the weekend. Found Julie's shop, the Moonlight Mechanic. Her mechanic spent a couple hours diagnosing this problem, for a very reasonable fee. Turned out that without warning, our car ran out of oil and the engine seized... not good news. This was something the last shop that worked on our car needed to fix. We were not going to get back to the Bay Area anytime soon and all rental car places were closed for the weekend in Paso. So Julie helped transport us over the weekend, which included letting us use her car for a bit. She allowed us to keep the dead car at her shop, and helped us coordinate another AAA tow and gave us advice and diagnostic information to help with the fix. She is absolutely the most accommodating, generous, and warm-hardhearted person - she knows customer service. If we lived in Paso, I wouldn't hesitate to ever give her my business as she has a wonderful business ethic. She is honest and the work is quality, and all at a very fair price. She will even come to your location if your car is stuck. This is one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had despite that our car was in such bad shape. Moonlight Mechanic is a woman/veteran-owned business that deserves yours.

They stand out by being amazingly candid, genuine, and compassionate. Let me convey an example. My truck was totaled by my best friend's wife who successfully avoided a deer only to encounter an oak tree. We had the truck towed to the only place geico recommended, Team Auto. When the independent tow company came, they said, "oh you're going to Team? They're the absolute best here. They do excellent work." I figured that perhaps they were insincere and working the two companies in concert. Didn't believe them.. Yet. Then later that evening after dropping of the truck I went to a grocery store and was chatting with the store manager about the day and my truck. He wouldn't stop going on and on about how he thought Team Auto was the very best around. It seems like from my small sample size here, the town of Paso Robles loves Team Auto! But that's not all. My experience with Ed was out of this world. In a great way. Since I live four hours away, I wanted my mechanic to work on my truck locally at home. This needed a long distance tow to make happen. Even though it meant that Ed would lose me as a client, he went out of his way to call all his friends to find me the best price for a tow of 250 miles. While we were waiting, he personally drove me over to the uhaul dealer and waited with me supportively while I inquired about renting a tow dolly to tow it up myself. He was genuinely helpful and altruistic, but not at all in the "used car salesman" kind of way. Ed and his team are top notch. While talking with him, I saw pictures of some beautiful cars he built and painted for celebrities like Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno. These are real car guys and if they choose Team Auto, rest assured they've done their research. Also, Team Auto apparently built one of the batman cars for one of the Batman movies! They're passionate about what they do and it's obvious that they don't look at their job as work, but rather it's a pleasure for them to make each repair a work of "art". I would work with Ed and the team again in the future and would go out of my way to bring my car to them for repairs. They're the best of the best. And they're great, humble, and generous people on top of it. Hats off to Team Auto Collision. It's reassuring to see a car business doing it right.
