We clarified at the beginning of the service, when he arrived, that the $150.00 service fee is just that...$150.00 just to get him on site. THEN the $190.00/hr, one hour minimum rate begins. I was having an issue with my two AC thermostats. I couldn't get them to reset. He did both in less than five minutes, then shimmed my fridge door to repair the sticking door flap. With that being quickly taken care of, I had him change two exterior floodlight bulbs, and he was able to restart my kitchen vent fan while he was on the roof. All jobs performed in under an hour...totally worth the $345.00 to get everything fixed and prevent me from climbing on the roof of my fifth wheel. Thank you RV Doctor!

He took the time to call us afterward to explain his findings, which were minimal, and walked us through our options as well as how any issues could be addressed in the future. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We truly appreciated how thorough and transparent he was throughout the process. We will definitely be using The RV Doctor for any future repairs and service needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable RV technician.

Travis and his assistant arrived in near 100 degree heat in rural South Monterey County to be of support. My husband was very happy to see them! Travis was very professional and thorough in making an assessment of the contributing factors. He located and corrected faulty wiring that was not inspected by Bay Area Airstream when it was recently in for service. At that service we specifically requested a systems review due to intermittent solar function and battery charge dropping on sunny days. Thanks to Travis and Noah for braving extreme heat to restore the safety and use of our trailer. Highly recommend them!

Even after explaining to them numerous times the generator was working fine until the filters were replaced they diagnosed needing a new fuel pump. Nope it was a bad fuel filter. They told me I was wrong on my water heater needing shore power because "they all" run off the batteries. Nope. The water does heat my LP BUT the brains for instant hot require shore power. They told me I needed a new circuit board for the water heater. Nope. The coil needed to be cleaned and re attached. Charge me $350 for two bad diagnosis. Wonder how much they would have charged me for fraud repairs.
