The complimentary massage was with Trang, who did a fantastic job. It was clear that she was talented and paid attention to my areas of focus/concern. She also provided a full 80 minutes of her time, as expected. Had my original experience been with Trang, The NOW would have received an easy 5-star review from me. I am changing my overall rating to 4/5 due to the hassle and frustration I originally had to deal with. That said, management and ownership did the right thing. Bad experiences (or just bad fits) can happen, but the difference between a good business and a bad one is what management and ownership do to address those issues. 5 stars to management and ownership, 5 stars to Trang, and 4 stars overall given my specific experience. I can comfortably recommend this location, as long as you are willing to speak up if you don't get what you deserve. After my first experience, I would not have considered this location in the future.
