I would not do business with this group at this time and come see me protest their establishment in person if I do not get my refund by April 25, 2025 for all charges to my credit card. Dr. Edie was knowledgeable, caring, and gave excellent advice. The MedSpa itself is beautiful and relaxing. The staff at check-in is also friendly. In addition to an annual physical, I also scheduled a deep tissue massage with Shaprell Jones. It was amazing! Her approach is intentional and caring. Her ability to zero in on a tight area and concentrate her efforts to resolve the tension is impressive. The spa room is also very comfortable. The massage table is warm and Shaprell adds a special touch to the experience by placing a calming scent under the head rest to promote relaxation. I have a very low pain tolerance, and they have both taken the time to have a conversation with me to distract me during my service. During my last treatment it was completed quickly with very little discomfort - one part of my chin even felt like it had numbing cream applied! There are different pain levels for lasers so be honest about your pain tolerance. They also have more than one laser option for those of us with melanin! I've only had a couple of administrative issues and they were resolved easily and quickly. Nothing at all to drop a star about so five stars it is!
