I called and was told they would refund the money if I sent them back. I sent them back on June 6,2023 and never got a response from them! On August 1, 2023 I called and was told they were extremely busy but they would remake my shirts and get them shipped out, their excuse being they didn't have a way to communicate or contact me. However I paid with PayPal using my email, I called so they have my number and I reached out to them on Facebook, not to mention I included all my information when I returned the damaged items! Long story short we are now in October, 5 months after my initial order and I still do not have a refund or my merchandise! This has been a nightmare! The shirts were quoted $15 each, when I went to pick them up they were not ready. I asked if I could change the style of shirts since they were not made! The lady said yes it will be an additional cost, it went from $45 to $88! I waited for them to be made in 15 minutes I was told not to wash for 7 days! I'm not asking for anything I do not deserve! After waiting 5 months I believe they owe me a refund! Frustrating when I'm states away, because if I lived in California this matter would have been taken care of! Don't let my location give you a reason or excuse to jack me around! I want a refund!

The gal that answers the phone usually can't answer my question, so she put me on hold.....forever! The straw that broke the camels back was today. I've done work with many t-shirt/embroidery companies over the last two decades. One of the things I ask right off the bat is, "Do you share the artwork and EMB files (the ones they create when digitizing your logo) once the job is done. The previous salesmen said, "Of course". Legally, they are yours, you paid for them to be created. However, today I spoke with a salesmen from Printasaurus, I'll leave his name out of it, and he told me they don't share EMB files. He told me that if they charged me hundreds of dollars then they could share it with me. I want to clarify that anytime I've ever had a company digitize anything for me, they've always shared it, it's my file that I paid for. I can't help but feel that this salesmen is insecure about giving me the EMB file because he believes I'll just shop around to all the other embroidery shops in town and go with the cheapest one. To add insult to injury, he tried to give me a "Michael Scott School of Business" type business lesson. Unfortunately because of this experience I will not be doing business with them anymore.
