Both the classes and personal training are 30 minute sessions, so it's easy to fit the time into my day. The FitCamps target a different area of the body each day, like arms & chest on Mondays, Wednesday is leg day, etc. And the coaches are all great. They each bring their personalities to class and they know each member. I love how they will bring you a higher weight choice if they feel that you can lift more. I find this motivating not intimidating. My personal training coach is Madison Sandvig, I see her twice a week for 30 minutes each session and she always has a great workout ready for me. Because of her, I have toned up, lost weight & inches and have reached new personal bests! She brings the right amount of energy and holds me accountable, which is exactly what I need.
