I can't tell you how WONDERFUL Kyle's facials are. I purchased her Non Surgical Bio Glow Face Lift on Groupon in May of 2021, and had such a fantastic experience, I ended up buying a package of 3 more. She uses several methods, and offers add ons, and the Eminence products I had already been exposed to by other estheticians, but I don't know, she uses them so thoroughly, it's like I can feel them seeping into my pores, and plumping up my skin! It's heaven! I especially like that she doesn't try to force conversation. It's not to say she isn't friendly, or isn't willing to talk, but when I have facials, I just want to lay there and relax, and I don't want to feel compelled to chit chat. She totally takes my lead on this, and I appreciate it so much. I'm embarrassed, I am pretty sure I doze off, and even snore, I'm so darn comfortable! The only thing is you really have to plan ahead and book in advance, because the secret is out and she books up WELL in advance! I had my 2nd facial of the package on Nov 5, and i can't stop thinking of it! It was so amazing and relaxing, and my skin felt GREAT for literally days afterwards. I"m officially a beauty treatment junkie. Not plastic surgery, stuff like facials, IPL, micro needling, micro dermabrasion etc. I stay out of the sun and take extremely good care of my skin, and I love doing various beauty treatments. I am not old, and I do not need a facelift, but the service she performed is called a non-surgical bio Glo face lift. The one thing I've never understood the importance of facials. Whenever I've had a facial, after I'm done and I hand over my money reluctantly, it seems so pointless and I don't see any immediate results. Today I was blown away, she used like 5 different machines on my face and it seemed like 10 different creams. She never stopped working on me the entire time, and it was the first time I felt like I didn't pay enough for the service. She is worth every penny, and I have no reason to go anywhere else or waste anymore money/time with any other aestheticians. This was the worst micro-current treatment I have ever had. I am in the medical device industry and I am very knowledgeable about the micro-current technology. First and foremost I was over exfoliated (3 times exfoliation) after I told Kyle that I am using Retin A. Second, her micro-current device is a cheap machine from China that is not calibrated and the micro-current was so strong that it caused trauma and injuries to my facial muscles which were still involuntarily twitching 3 days later after the treatment. Micro-current is supposed to be a "non-sensory" procedure where you should not be able to feel the current, and it should never be painful. The room was not relaxing at all. The bright light was shining in my face throughout the whole treatment., even during the massage which was mediocre and performed with gloves that were so loud and annoying. I did not feel relaxed. Also, the phone was ringing continuously through her music device. The treatment is advertised as utilizing 100% organic products which is not the case. Kyle is using Eminence skin care line which is known to have chemical preservatives and ingredients. (you can google it, public knowledge). It's dishonest of her to claim that she is using 100% organic products. It's also dishonest of her to tell me that she supposedly developed this micro-current treatment. To be quiet honest I don't think she has much experience as an esthetician at all. Please see below pictures of my rash that I got two days after the facial. Her 5 star Yelp reviews must be from her personal friends or someone that has never had a good facial. Will not go back! Had a Bio-Glow Facial with Eder (sp?) who is just one of those beautiful humans who love taking care of people. He explained the whole microcurrent thing and light therapy and what was going to happen, asked me if I had any questions, and then said okay just relax and enjoy. He has such a magic touch.
