We discussed the procedure; I would be receiving hyaluronic injections in the target areas and Botox for eyes. Maggie did everything she could to make me comfortable. Yes, there was pain, but Maggie was encouraging and gentle. We both noticed immediately that somehow the left side of my face had not responded as well, and actually the sides didn't match (regarding visual appearance). There was bruising and swelling, more on the left side. It seemed a good idea to give it some time to heal so we could really see the results. I got a call from her that evening, and agreed to get back in touch in one month. After the bruising was gone, it was still obvious that the left side was inferior in appearance, and (after checking me out), Maggie had me schedule an appt. The best part was that Maggie said I would not have to pay any more money to get that part "re-done"! What great customer service! I just finished the "re-do" yesterday and LOVE the results!
