Additionally, the door had a small issue, likely due to the humidity or workmanship of our home, Nazar came out very soon after reporting the issue to examine and provide both advice and offered continued services should any other issues occur.

I ordered a vanity that had three wide, sliding drawers.Kevin informed me that the piping would need to be altered for it to fit properly. I paid for him to change the piping within the walls, alter the vanity so that the drawers would fit, and he also installed new shut off valves and altered their location. After he removed the original vanity and piping, nothing remained that wasn't installed by him. His failed installation resulted in my entire two-story home flooding and my family being homeless for over 6 months. It has almost been a year, and we still haven't recovered. Because the business wasn't picking up the phone at the time of the incident, I called my insurance company. Afterward, Kevin verbally admitted fault and offered to pay me partially for my insurance deductible in front of a witness. I had enough sense to decline his offer, but he admitted fault nonetheless. Nearly a year later, he's changed his entire story and is pretending to not know anything about the incident. If I were reading this review, I wouldn't need much more information to put this company on a list of businesses not to use, but just in case you do: Are you willing to risk your home suffering damages that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars? Are you willing to risk having to live in nearly a dozen different hotels, motels, and apartments within 6 six month timeframe? Oh, and imagine doing all of this during the height of COVID-19. Stay. We contacted Built to Last and they were able to come out same day for the job. Although a small repair job, we could not be happier with the work done. All of the metal piping under the sink was replaced and updated with PVC. Including a trip to Lowe's for parts, the entire repair took about an hour.
