I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.

As stated before - all of the employees are friendly and professional. Marko cleaned up the are and did a great job painting the additional coat. I updated the review to 5 stars because everyone can make a mistake - great companies and true craftsman admit it and correct the mistake. In this case Bryan sent a man back and took care of the issue without hesitation. I would recommend True Blue Painting to you. My only precaution is that I think Bryan is juggling a lot of jobs so unfortunately you have to be a little bit of a squeaky wheel to remind him sometimes. ************** After a couple of neighbors used True Blue, I decided to give them a shot. Bryan is very personable and the crew is professional and friendly. The work is generally good but I was disappointed to find areas up on the roof were unpainted. The bottom portion of the siding that is nearest the roof was unpainted. I painted it with some of the leftover paint. I now discovered poor (splotchy) painting of my garage door. I have contacted Bryan regarding both problems and have not heard back from him. I will update this in a couple of days to see what happens. I can paint the garage door again, but should I have to after paying True Blue for the work? The painting was done in June 2022.
