We needed some information relating to the title of our home and we had originally called our title…read morecompany to ask questions. Our title company was vague in their answers, explained that they don't do what we are asking for, and they gave us the number of "someone who could help". We called her. She was a notary, not someone within the title company who had the answers. To make a long story short, we had been referred to a notary that our title company has some sort of a relationship with. So we realized that we could use the services of any notary, yet we decided to go ahead and speak with her. She told us she would obtain the proper forms, fill them out and submit them, and all we would have to do is show up with our ID's. All of this for roughly $200. We told her we'd get back to her. I then spoke to Angelique, and I am very grateful to have seen her 5 star review here on yelp. It's never a bad idea to get another opinion, especially on delicate (and often confusing) matters such as this. Angelique explained EVERYTHING. Her depth of experience is invaluable. She explained the process that we needed to go through, she told us which forms were necessary, and she explained how to file them ourselves. Her only role is to notarize the forms for us, and the cost to do this was no where near $200. The notary that's in bed with our title company never explained that this was something we could do ourselves and that her only role was to notarize, instead, she framed it as a service she would perform for us, as if her notary status was necessary for the proper execution of the forms. After speaking to her I felt dependent on her, yet I still didn't quite understand things, but I had her assurance that it was all easy-peasy. I'm so glad that I got a second opinion. Not only did Angelique educate me about the process, she explained what I, as the homeowner, am responsible for as well as her role in the process. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and with confidence and patience. She was concerned about me and she wanted me to understand exactly what I was doing. During the course of our exchange, I not only learned a lot, I actually felt as if she was protecting me, the consumer, by being as thorough and forthcoming as possible. She armed me with the knowledge to help myself and to understand where and why I would need her help. In addition, this wasn't going to cost me 200 bucks, nor did it even have to. It became clear to me that I was speaking to someone with Integrity, which is increasingly hard to find these days. I will be using her services from here on out and I can't recommend her more.

Two employees, one man and one woman The person renewing was talking to the woman and the man idle. I started to go to the counter when the MAN gave me a dirty look. So I went back. Then the man starts helping the young lady getting her passport. I went up to the woman employee. I told her I was renewing my passport so she started giving me application and answering my questions. When I got to the part of photos I told employee I wanted to take the photo there and then I would go to my post office in Dos Palos CA to mail my renewel. This is when the man interrupted us and pretty much told me off. In a very sarcastic voice gold me. YOU CAN DO IT ALL AT THE DOS PALOS POST OFFICE AND GET YOUR PICTURE DONE AT Walgreens OR ANY OTHER STORE. I REPLIED THAT I DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT. HE SAID "THEN YOU DONT WANT A PASSPORT". I was stunned. First because he was listening to our conversation instead of listening and helping his client, and second, I am 92 years old and I have never been talked to like this by a public servant, not even the DMV,or any body else for that matter. I hope someone somewhere in this jurisdiction that will read this and take action.

The home is very open, inviting and clean. There are private and shared rooms available. The kitchen and living area are bright, open, and well set up for the residents. The owner and care staff are so welcoming and truly make us all feel like a part of their family. They are also amazing cooks and spoil the residents with wonderful home cooked meals. We could not have asked for a better fit for our father and it gives us a peace of mind to know that the caregiver and staff are well trained, certified, and very caring with Parkinson and Dementia patients. We cannot say enough good things about this care home.

There are private and shared rooms available. The kitchen and living area are huge and well set up for residents to be able to enjoy and relax. The backyard area is also a nice size and the administrator told me she plans to let residents do gardening out there so for the time being it's a little low on plants. The licensee is also the administrator and her daughter has her administrator certificate as well, so it was very assuring that both are knowledgeable in regulations and will provide the best care for their residents. They are able to do long term care as well as short term in case someone needs some extra assistance when recovering from surgery and they have a few home health groups they work with.
