Jim does good solid work. We have used him for years for filing our incorporations. We just upload docs and pay through the website and its saves us a trip to Sacramento. We receive a pdf copy emailed right when the Secretary of State finalizes them, and then we receive the certified copy in the mail. I am an attorney in the Bay Area that occasionally needs Secretary of State filings performed. Until this week, I was using another service in Sacramento, that while reliable, was pretty poor in the communication and follow up departments. I was forced to find an alternative service this week, when I called the service I had been using, only to find out they were closed for two weeks for vacation. After a little bit of searching, I came up with Get It Filed. I called and James answered the phone, confirming that he was working and would be able to file the documents. Unlike the prior service I used, James communicated promptly, clearly, and was very helpful. When I received the documents back, they were emailed along with an invoice. Get It Filed is a great example of a company using technology to keep its customer in the loop and up to date. James gets it DONE quickly! Dealing with the CA SOS is a nightmare because they have got to be the SLOWEST bureaucracy around. In NV, everything can be filed online and without having to pay exorbitant expedited fees. Lucky we have James and Get-It-Filed! He answers emails/phone calls quickly, and you can count on him to guide you through the process if you aren't familiar with it. I am an attorney in CA and always rely on Get-It-Filed to file documents for me. They are trustworthy, dependable, and their rates are affordable. If you go through another bigger company, they will charge you way more than what GIF charges, and oftentimes, you cannot pick things a la carte, as GIF allows you to. The service was excellent. I was told by the LA regional office that it takes 5 to 10 days to register a business in California. I needed to start work and couldn't wait. I found out that you can do an expedited process online from the Sacramento office. I looked into it and it wasn't feasible from SoCal to fly or drive. I decided to look into options and found "Get it Filed". I was concerned about the limited reviews on Yelp. However, decided to call a few companies.
