There was no actual massage.. no fingers or hand actually rubbing my muscles, no stretching my legs or arms to loosen them up. My back actually hurt being stuck in the same position for the length of time I had laid there. If you are looking to have warm stones swiped across your body in a very relaxing environment.. this is your place! Very relaxing, very zen.
