So I tried to contact him but he just ignored me, so im letting his costumers know what a fake he is and if you do business with him ask for the part boxes and your extra parts when dealing with a crook. We fly to Japan every year and are forced to fly out of LAX each time and it's such a journey with a toddler, from pre-booking parking, shuttle to/from the parking, and especially coming back to the US jetlagged, trying to get a shuttle and then fight traffic going home. For just a little more than the cost of parking at LAX, you can use Anaheim Town Car service and get to/from LAX in what feels like true luxury! We get notifications 24hrs prior, 1hr prior, and a few minutes prior to pickup on the way out and arrived a little earlier than promised. Ignacio was our driver/chauffeur and he was fantastic. We requested a toddler car seat and it was ready for my son with a movie playing that kept my son occupied the entire ride. I looked around for other child car options but some quotes were totally unreasonable for U*^r like services. It felt like being driven in a limousine, although I believe it was a Suburban. Ignacio was attentive, handled our bags, drove really well and smoothly the whole trip. We got dropped off at our terminal and off we went. On the return trip, it was much the same, 24hr notification, 1hr notification, and Ignacio messaged me about 30 mins prior to our scheduled time, he was already at LAX waiting for us. Our flight took about 30mins longer than scheduled, I let Ignacio know and he assured us it was not a problem at all. We took additional time getting through customs and I felt bad to make him wait longer, but Ignacio was so polite and let us know it was just fine. Once we got through, collected our bags, went outside and let Ignacio know where we were, he promptly picked us up and took all our bags for us and we were again driven smoothly and safely home. Not a care in the world for us on our trip home. My family agreed why didn't we think of this before? This service was worth it's weight in gold and then some. Ignacio was so polite, attentive, took our bags all the way inside for us and just a pleasure to have driving us. We will definitely use Anaheim Town Car Service for any future trips/vacations and we really hope it'll be Ignacio driving us again and we can take all the stress out of getting to the airport. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. It is on 1 cheap sensor that needs to be replaced and would get it done for $200. I thought wow these guys are great. The other sensor went out earlier this year.l, and same thing took care of it. Now as of this summer, Alex as turned into a bit of a POS. I took my sons car for an oil change did it for $55 which is great but something he told me would be an hours cause he was busy took 3 hours. He did not have the same friend tone either. Has a bit of a cocky attitude. I let it go think he is busy whatever. Then he tells me I need valve cover gaskets replaced ASAP or the car would light on fire. Qouted me $400. I thought that was a bit high. I took the care to American Tire Depot. They did it for $300. Now this week I took my van in for a oil change. Made me wait 3 hrs again and then doesn't show me the problems while the car was on the lift, but comes to me after and tells me my tires are worn, need alignment, front axle is leaking, serpentine belt is cracking and some down arm was leaking. Came me a quote about about $2400 not including tires. Also same cocky attitude. So I took the car back to ATD, and they checked it for me for free and said tires are wearing uneven and I do need alignment and tires but I can hold off til end of year. Everything else that Alex said was a lie. Did not need any of those extra services. Don't know why Alex went from being a go to guy to total Scum Thief. Be careful of this place.
