So in my mind I am thinking what is the appointment for?? Then he tells me to go the the store in Norco, CA that they have less people there. So I get connected with the store in Norco, CA and the person there tells me to tell the person that told me to call them that they are a bigger store and that they should see me there. Imagine if there are doing this with their customers what kind of work are they doing to our vehicles. When I got a flat it was outside there fixable zone so they informed me that I needed a new tire. So I said match the same tire and instead of the Michellen primacy all season they decided to put the mxm4 which is $100 more and make that quick buck not caring about how it effects my drive and ev car. My wife's car had a dead battery so I took it here and Stephanie told me I would have to leave it because they had other cars that they were playing catch up with and she only had 3 techs working and they were ALL going to lunch, maybe they should stagger lunches. I said you can't take 10 minutes just to install a new battery and she got a bit nasty with me. Whatever happened to the days where these places were more than helpful to get you back on the road. I even called another Mt. View tire in Norco and it was the same story, I would have to leave it or make an appointment!! There is only one half way decent one but that is 20 miles away and ever since 2 of their service advisors left it has gotten just as bad. I will NEVER patronize another Mt. Make sure to buy the right oil change packet on Groupon before you go, I ordered the synthetic packages for $30 went to the shop and had to get full synthetic and ended up paying another $70 bucks so $100 in total even though they have a full synthetic package for $70. Didn't want to cause an issue at the time but definitely won't be coming back. I'd like to add how the filter was suppose to be included, but I was charged for it. read more

I usually go to America's Tire Depot but decided to give this place a shot as it was on my way back home from the post office. I needed 1 tire swapped out as it was losing pressure from very slow leak for like 6 months where I had to fill up every couple weeks. I got there at 9am on a Friday. They already had full bays. I was quoted 60~90 minute wait for inspection. I decided to wait but they didn't have the original Michelin tire I wanted so they put in an order for me and told me it'd be delivered in about 2 hours so I put in my deposit and left. Came back around 11 to just hang out in the parking lot to wait for the tire to arrive, but figured I'd give it a call to check on it. It happened to just arrive and I got taken care of right away. Stephanie was very friendly and had good people skill. The guy who ordered my tire, Charlie, was also very courteous. I liked the fact that they didn't try to get me to change other 3 tires that are still in good shape. They didn't look ways to milk more $ out of me which I appreciated. Quick friendly no BS service is what I needed and that's exactly what I got. Will definitely be back in the future. read more

Let me tell you. I found myself on the freeway losing PSI by the minute. Barely made it to americas tire right off the 15 freeway on Ontario. They looked me dead in my face and told me I had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes just to get a patch job. Not a new tire. A patch job. I asked them if they could just fill it with air so I could go to another place down the street. They told me "no it's a hazard." I said ok well then I guess I'm stuck. Frustrated, I called my boyfriend who was immediately upset with that as well. He took matters into his own hands after I had already accepted my defeat, called Americas tires where they told him "oh yeah we can put air in the tire if she wants to go somewhere else." After they told me no. They wouldn't. And that if I left they wouldn't recommended it considering I didn't have any air in my tire. So they basically told me I had no choice but to stay there but once my boyfriend calls they absolutely can? BULLSHIT. Why does my boyfriend have to call in order for you to do the thing I asked you too do in the first place. Even told the guy I lived no where around here and that no one could come and pick me up. Still. No. I called Charlie here at Mountain View told him the situation and he was shocked that they wouldn't even put air in there to let me get down to him. Charlie told me he could take me in as soon as I pulled up and not to worry about a thing. Told Americas tire to put air now all of a sudden they tell me "we can do it right now for you. Takes 30 minutes can you wait?" I said "absolutely not. Charlie's got me. He's already waiting for me to pull up. You said you guys were to busy anyways." I walked into Mountain View and the beautiful lady at the front took me right away. Immediately grabbed Charlie. Took my keys. Boom. Cars in the shop in less than 5 minutes. On both occasions I was told that I would have to drop my car off because they had a tech call off and the other tech was at lunch. Don't make appointments if you don't have staff to complete the work. My last appointment was for a simple tire repair. I've been to Mountain View Tire Shop in Winchester multiple times and had great service, so when I recently moved to Corona, I scheduled an online appt for an oil change for my car here. When I came in for my appt, the receptionist said that they didn't have my appt even though I scheduled it through their site and when I presented the confirmation email AND text saying I had one, the receptionist was super rude and said she couldn't take my car for another 2 hours and asked me to come back another day. I couldn't come back for the rest of the week because of work and when I relayed this info to the receptionist, she rolled her eyes and gave me a lot of pushback. She eventually relented and I had a friend pick me up, but I ended up waiting over four hours for my oil to be changed and had to call the number to see if it was finished twice before it was because they never called me. The receptionist was very dismissive to me on the phone both times. Overall, the actual car service was great but the customer service was absolutely awful and I will not be coming back here unfortunately, even though I've had great experiences at Mountain View in other locations. read more

I'd put zero stars if I could. I brought my tacoma in for an alignment I was told it would rake a few hours as there were a few cars ahead. I dropped it off at 10am around 1pm they called and said because it had a lift they may not be able to get it 100 percent. I've never had an issue anywhere else before. I asked that time they closed and was told 4pm. I showed up at 4pm and it still had not been done. The lady at the counter was super rude to my wife and then the tech said doing an alignment would most likely make it worse which is total BS. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We have been customers for 10 to 12 years. I could not be more disappointed with the customer service we have received with a routine oil change. We took our 2021 Tahoe in for a simple oil change and three weeks later a neighbor showed us our driveway with about 25 oil spills up and down. I immediately took the Tahoe back to Mountain View and was told that it was a faulty filter. I accepted their apology and went home and personally cleaned off 25 oil stains in my driveway. The next morning I noticed there are 30 more fresh oil stains. The Tahoe was still leaking massive amounts of oil! I then took the Tahoe in for the third time and told them that I was hiring a professional power washing company to remove the stains, and that I was not going to do it again. Tony said that he would check with his district manager, Tim Squire which he approved that I was able to get our driveway and garage cleaned and give them the bill and they would cover it. Once I received the actual code of $400, I actually called Tony once again just to reconfirm that the company was going to cover all costs. He confirmed they were covering the costs. After the power washing company tried their best, they were only able to remove about 50% of the stains and I brought the bill and went back to Mountain View to pick up my Tahoe for the third time. The story had now changed that they needed to get corporate approval and I was not going to be getting paid that day. I asked to speak with the district manager, and Tim Squire never bothered to even call me back. I have had to take out a case with Corporate and have sent several emails. I was even given paperwork from an employee that said, "we left oil filter loose that leaked oil all over customer driveway." Lesson: if you have a newer vehicle, and need something completed on it, especially an oil change go back to the dealership. Take a look at my pictures and see what I am dealing with! I am out $535 for an oil change and clean up costs and I still have to bring my Tahoe into a dealership for an oil change because I am not confident that they did it right the first 3 times! read more

They complain that they don't have techs to do the job and won't even take your car past 3pm when they close at 6:30pm. This place is complete garbage. Idk how they are still in business. I can't give enough stars to this place. They do great work, the staff is personable and polite, and most of all - they are HONEST! My family owns five cars and I will only take them to Mountain View for service. I brought both of my daughters' cars in for brakes recently and they told me that one of them was in perfect condition and didn't charge me a penny. I know the dealership would have replaced them anyway and charged me twice as much. Huge kudos. These guys rule. read more

Made an appointment online on a Saturday morning with my husband to get an oil change. Once we arrived, one of male associates informed us that the appointments made online can't be honored on weekends because they're still working on cars from the night before and that we shouldn't even call to schedule an appointment for Saturdays because that won't be honored either. Why have an appointment system available for Saturdays then? We waited two hours for my husband's car to get serviced and several days later, the car starts leaking oil. We found out from a different auto service shop that the workers in Mountain View overtightened the drain plug and warped the gasket, causing our oil issue. read more

I read on some of the reviews that they got their tire repaired for free so I took my brand new car here because I got a damn nail in my tire from being at Home Depot. Unfortunately it was on a Sunday so not many other tire shops were open except for just tires but they wanted to charge me 32 bucks to fix a flat! No thanks! When I got inside to schedule my car for a flat repair I was told it would take an hour which I didn't mind because I didn't have to leave for another hour anyway. I got frustrated because I had to wait over 3 hours to get my car. Also, it's not free like a lot of yelp reviews say. It was cheaper than just tires tho. Had more serious maintenance work done on a high mileage optima that kept it running until I sold it at 175k miles still ran fine. Got a new Tesla and do tire rotations here now. Showed up for an appointment I booked online. The counter crew's first response was they were "full"; but then found the online appointment. My issue was squeaky brakes - this location worked on the brakes less than a year ago. I was called at the end of the day and told that the brakes were fine just dirty and that I could come and pick up my vehicle. I opted to pick it up the following morning. I came by the following morning and picked up my vehicle. I noticed the brakes felt off but I trusted that it was safe, as we have been going to Mountain View for years. Received a call from the counter crew after I drove it home and was told that the brake calipers were not put back on and offered a tow back to their shop. The tow truck took it back to their shop and the counter crew stated that the mechanic went through everything and that it was good to go with no repair necessary. No charge thank goodness considering - but the brakes still are making noise and I still drove without proper brakes because of their error. Yikes - dangerous. Definitely would not recommend to my family and friends. read more

I was attempting to be a first time customer here. Called ahead of time to get an oil change which I was told by a gentleman (I did not get his name) to come on in. I live 10 mins away from this joke of an establishment. When I arrived I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and I told her I was there for a simple oil change, she flat out said that they did not have time to do oil changes today, I told her I just called 10 mins ago and was told by a gentleman they were able to do it to which she replied no, I have to take my business elsewhere. This was such an awesome experience for my first time ever dealing with them I walked 20 feet across the lot to go to Jiffy Lube and they were able to do my oil change in 30 mins. This place is a joke and does not know the first thing about customer service or retention. Do yourself a favor and go to the Jiffy Lube next door, they have way better service and will take your car in right away. Love this place! Came in to have battery checked, brakes done, tires rotated, oil changed. Battery is good do not need to replace, brakes still have 50 percent don't need to replace.
