Glow lights was a 3ft light bar just sitting on bottom of each side of the kayak. The person in front had no lights. She had to use her phone light to see. It was very windy, too windy for someone who has not done that before so we ended up staying by the dock in 2-4ft water. Bottom of kayak was so scratched up hard to see through. Left light board kept going off. The only picture took was on outside of the kayak.

They don't serve or sell. There's a bar at the landing that you can buy drinks to go at. There's a bathroom onboard, a Lilly pad and a floating pad... Do yourself a favor, hit up Alvin's emporium, you can buy 2 floating rafts and a hand pump for like $35. If you have kids it's a must. Had a great time, saw bat rays and some . Bring cash to tip the captain and crew. All the vendors take card. The BBQ boat turkey leg was fantastic. And the hat/t shirt vendors are affordable. There is no one better than this company for your pontoon rental needs. They are all professional,…read morecourteous, informative, helpful, and laid back. You get your option of two different pontoons that you yourself captain. Those two options are the pontoon with or without the two slides. We opted for without as it is easier to maneuver on days where it is windy. Both have a shaded canopy on deck, so you are not sitting in the sun the entire time. You can rent the radio and mat for the water and even take your dog. We have not rented any of these as we usually just bring our speaker. The other options are the length of time; you get a choice of 4 or 8 hours. We always opt for 4 because they is plenty of time. Overall, they offer a convenient and fun addition to anyone's FL vacation. We will absolutely be back!

Looked like a good place to go so we tried booking a reservation for two days (Sun/Mon). Website…read morewould not take a credit card (error messages). Called them on Monday afternoon and we were told the credit card part on the website wasn't set up. So we asked to make a reservation. We were told we didn't need one just show up. When we arrived we drove down a single lane pothole riddled clay road for a half mile. Upon arriving at the entrance we were greeted with a river crossing to actually get to the facility and parking area (picture below). If I had a truck it wouldn't have been bad but the ruts under the water surface were at least 2 ft deep. Driving a Honda Accord through this "Entrance" was not an option. So we turned around and went to the competitors canoe rental. My one star rating is only based on my attempt to get there. I did not actually get to use their facilities or services. It would have been nice to be told of the water crossing by the employee on the phone. If you do go there "ASK" about the water depth if you are driving a car.

They are always so helpful and make the experience that much better. They even inflate our personal floats! The only negative we've ever had was our last visit there was no soap, toilet paper, or paper towels in the bathrooms. We informed a staff member before we went on our boat ride, and when we returned many hours later there was still no soap, toilet paper, or paper towels.
