There is no one better than this company for your pontoon rental needs. They are all professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and laid back. You get your option of two different pontoons that you yourself captain. Those two options are the pontoon with or without the two slides. We opted for without as it is easier to maneuver on days where it is windy. Both have a shaded canopy on deck, so you are not sitting in the sun the entire time. You can rent the radio and mat for the water and even take your dog. We have not rented any of these as we usually just bring our speaker. The other options are the length of time; you get a choice of 4 or 8 hours. We always opt for 4 because they is plenty of time. Great Customer service. We traveled 3 hours and had a bad experience with another platoon boat rental company (Sunshine Watersports). We called around and were able to do a last minute booking with Island Watersports. It was easily located and had free onsite parking. The staff was very friendly. Bella and Liv who also took our reservation over the phone also helped us during check in. Our platoon boat was very nice and in immaculate condition. Fisher and Mike got us loaded and settled on our platoon boat and assisted us when we returned with getting unloaded from the boat and pier. I also noticed that they have a nice selection of boat options. Our group was very appreciative of their customer service and they helped what take our bad day from a bad situation with the previous company a great day and experience with them. Five out of five stars well-deserved! When friends told us we were going on a pontoon boat for the Fourth of July to a place called crab Island ( it wasn't even an island) I seriously thought they were crazy. Never in a million years would I have thought it would be fun to hang around, bob in the water and float and drink and dance. Island water sports rented us a pontoon boat, maximum 12 people, maximum speed is 5 mph. We rented it from 9 to 5 PM for $700 (with tax) and it was well spent. Caveats and secret hint: Bring plenty of water, bring plenty of booze, and go number two before you leave the port because there aren't any bathrooms out there. You have to drive the pontoon boat to crab island but they give you a map. Jack gave us a quick how to drive lesson. On the way in, Lee and another lady pulled us in nice and close to the dock so my 83 yr old mother wouldn't have to hop the space. Located on Okaloosa island behind fudpuckers restaurant and bar, across from the Ramada we stayed at. At first we weren't sure we would be able to rent a waverunner because they "ran out of forms." We had a drink at the bar and when we came back, everything was set. Price was very affordable --$65 for an hour for the wave runner (likely higher during peak season). They did give us an extra 20-30 min which was much appreciated. The driver had to be born before 1987 otherwise pass a test or have a boating license. They have cubbies at the rental area if you brought stuff with you along with a small locker on the wave runner. Although, if you roll the wave runner, everything will get wet. Really hard to roll as long as you don't do crazy/stupid stuff. We went mostly west of the rental area due to calmer waters. Also some cool beaches and sand bars that we were able to stop at. Not allowed to take it into the gulf, but there is really so much to explore you don't need to. These machines maxed out at about 55 mph. Crew was very friendly and informative. They are very thorough and go over operation, what not to do, and how to stay safe. They take a video of any prior damage to the wave runner so pay attention during this part. Overall, we had a total blast. Perfect spot to take a wave runner since its not nearly as busy as Destin. Great experience, fair price, good location, friendly staff. We've rented a Pontoon and PaddleBoards from here... The staff is excellent and very friendly - the Pontoon was in tip top shape. The staff is patient and knowledgeable I try to recommend them to everyone I meet. It is about a 25 min. ride out to crab island, but very worth it. The paddle boards where also very clean and nice, we paddled from the dock to the beach area to the left - my 8 year old had the time of his life trying something new. read more

We took a few days off from fishing and really enjoyed going around the back bay areas so much we did it twice. We rented the pontoon boats and cruised to Crab Island for drinks then restaurants with dockage areas for lunch. The areas you can go are really are fun and you can even bring the dolphins right to the boats. HAVE FUN !!! read more

This place was rude...the guys that helped us load and unload were very nice but the girls that work the desk were beyond rude....not helpful at all!! and to be honest they seem to be a little racist!!! Their answer for every question that I had...their respond was "everything is listed in the email you got" they told my son he couldn't get the boat because he didn't have a permit...so we asked for a refund and they said the cc had been already charged...but never informed us that he could the permit online and that it only took 20 minutes to get it....I will never do any business with this Company and i will tell everyone I can about the rude customer service we received!! $70 per hour for jet skis with veteran discount. Crew was helpful and explained all I needed to know as a first timer. You can take up to 3 people out on jet ski with no price change. Weight limit is 500 lbs. Jet ski came with an anchor and crew told me where I could go to snorkel. Ski sat erred every time. Small box on board for phone and camera that is water proof. Bigger box fit drawstring bag with snorkel. A dolphin swam right next to me. It was very cool! read more

Our guides, Tony and Josh, were amazing. The tour was very relaxing, and they kept the time between traveling to locations fun for the kids with various activities. Snorkeling was what you'd expect in the area and the guides came along and assisted with finding interesting locations. What a Blast!!!....called about an hour ahead and was able to rent 3 wave runners. Lee and Damaris were on staff and both did an excellent job training us about the safety use of the wave runners. One of our drivers needed to take a boater's exam because he was born after 1988 and not once did they try to rush him in his preparation. Best price around. We were actually going to use another rental place when we came across this place while staying next door at the Destin West condos. Planning to take a pontoon out later in the week. my family had a horrible experience. when we walked up the staff was so horrible and rude. a heavier woman w piercings yelled at my grandpa for asking if the baby counted as a full person in the 14 person boat. our boat went 15 mph and started TO SINK. i kid you not the front of the boat dipped into the water and started for a nose dive. we all freaked out and ran to the back. 10/10 would not recommend!!! read more
