This is a lovely hotel option in downtown Omaha. The rooms…read moreare spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly. The hotel restaurant is also superb. A couple of things that prevent me from awarding the hotel 5 stars: - One of the two beds was very uncomfortable. It was the bed next to the window. The space between the bed and the window was tiny, so only one side of the mattress ever seemed to be used making the bed uncomfortable. Thankfully I had the second bed as an option for my 2nd night's stay. - I opted to sleep on the 2nd floor, but I wished I hadn't as there was a lot of noise from the street. If I was to stay at this hotel again I would choose a higher floor. - Do not park in the dumpy garage. It is awful. I used valet for the rest of my stay after parking my car once.

We…read morechose the Peregrine as it was on the Amex hotels collection and we wanted to use our benefit. given some flight changes we reached out ahead of checkin with some questions and for info on the hotel/ area etc. I'm so glad we got Ms. Alice on the line as she was just wonderful , empathetic & accommodating ! she was patient with answering all of my questions and ensured we were able to use our Hilton benefits. she also made sure we were enjoying our stay & if we needed anything. the hotel is situated downtown with access to getting around (we had a rental). the restaurant downstairs was convenient and the food was decent as well. would stay again!
