Almost unbelievable. How can a hamburger be this good?! Fries are great too. And what a fun spot!

It's located in Copper Queen Plaza, which has several little shops and businesses so you can easily walk around and explore. I ordered the pizza and calamari and it was delicious. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. I'll definitely come back here the next time I'm in Bisbee.

I had my dog with me and was told I could sit inside, right by the entrance. Two other tables had just left. All the server asked me is if my dog was friendly. Yes, he was at his best behavior. I ordered a Frick'n chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were delicious! While I'm not fond of jalapenos, the few on the bun weren't overpowering. The chicken breast was large and the sauce, pickles, tomato slice and onions were plentiful. I got excellent service since it was just me and Hansel. The ambiance is old rustic, with an open ceiling and high rotating fans. I've been here before when the place was crowded and loud, but tonight was a quiet date night with my dog.

But thank my…read morelucky stars 'Bisbee Royale' was the only spot I knew of that was open at 8am on a Saturday. The exterior looks like a mix of three attractions: a restaurant, a museum, & a movie theater. I can't say if all three of those things are really in there, it's just an impression. I will say that I am glad I took at chance at trying their food at a time when I was seriously hungry. I was invited to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose a table along the wall with a big TV right above me. I was greeted kindly, and given time to order my food, which I decided would be a couple fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, & cheesy grits. They were so good, with the hashbrowns being, as my partner put it, "The best he's ever had!" I personally enjoyed the patties the most, and the grits the least. The grits were made in a way that the shredded cheese was sprinkled on top of the grits instead of mixed in it, and I do not prefer that style. It was still good, just not as good as others I've tried. So that's why I'm not docking points; why be super critical on one side dish when everything else was an A+? I liked the wholesome feel of the restaurant, like everybody knew each other, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a bonus too. A couple came in with three cute dogs, and that just made me super happy (not to mention, it WAS on my birthday too). I would come here again if I return to Bisbee.

Ever. Pricing is deceptive. Be careful on build-your-owns, and just because you are offered a biscuit instead of toast, doesn't mean it is included with your meal (I was charged extra), and a tiny side of gravy is extra too. The thing that was most surprising is the fact that the floors, walls and ceiling are unbelievably filthy. The wall at the end of the bar is visibly fuzzy at quite a distance. And it's a huge wall. The ceilings are black with grease, and on a Saturday morning the floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not months. This review applies to the Lowell location. Sounds like they are moving to a new location in Tombstone Canyon. Gone will be the ample free parking. Hopefully they can keep it cleaner. Bottom line? We won't be back.

We were the first ones in the building when it opened at 7am. Mitzi, manager and our server, made our breakfast a true dining experience. I had Eggs Florentine, my friend had a blueberry pancake, and her hubby had the Copper Kettle. Food was delicious but the coffee was strong and the sausage gravy way too peppery. However, service and ambiance were top notch. The place was lacking the loud tourist crowd this Monday morning. There were only four table during our hour-long visit. I've been here on the weekends and there is a line of hungry tourists waiting outside the door at 6:59am.

This outdoor location boasts it all with a restored and unique 1957 Valentine diner of old Americana, an old 1950s style Airstream for a bar (really cool), Dots and Dashes Bar, pretty comfy picnic style seating, swamp coolers to keep you comfortable, wide-open space, an enormous tent to keep you protected from the Arizona sun and a stage for kids to perform and the occasional locals to serenade from. The diner sits at the heart of a classic American trailer court, with a few classic cars, some retro RVs, and even an historic boat. Dining outdoors beneath umbrellas or under a swamp cooler air-conditioned tent, where the retro music and ambient setting creates a dynamic 1950s mood. Their breakfasts are great - and unique. Especially their Pork Belly Breakfast Sammi is fantastic, consisting of a perfectly prepared pork belly, arugula, a sriracha aioli and egg on a brioche bun, as is their Screwdriver - you can actually taste Vodka! My wife had the fab perfectly smoked brisket tacos prepared with an incredible salsa verde, fried egg, queso fresco and black beans. Oh, btw, their home fries are to die for!
