We were in the market for a car and made an appointment with Niko at Sheehy Mazda in Hagerstown…read more When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the store manager at the parking lot. Once we told him that we had an appointment with Niko, he very quickly got someone to inform Niko that we had arrived. Niko was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. With his help, in no time we zoned in on the car that best fits us. We then ordered our car, put down our deposit, and waited for the car to arrive. Unfortunately there were a few unexpected hurdles. We felt that both Niko and the manager went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted in a timely manner, and Boy oh Boy, did they deliver!!! Within two days we were driving home in our brand new car, feeling satisfied and grateful, not only with the car but with the pleasant process throughout. Niko continued his amazing customer service with follow up calls to check on how were doing with car and offered continued orientation of the car if we ever needed it. We felt Sheehy Mazda Hagerstown, and particularly Niko, has been outstanding, and we would highly recommend!

Dennis, the Salesperson reached out to me over email and after couple of days, I also got a Follow Up from the Manager asking whether they met my expectations. I responded back asking for on the road price for few trims I was interested in and to my surprise they responded back with a no BS MSRP and OTR price. Dennis was quite frank about inventories and not once was pushy during the whole process. There are two things I noticed in the current market why I would rate this dealer above 5 stars. Transparency (accurate inventory and upfront price) and Promptness. Many folks tried to get a deposit out of me for a car that may not deliver in few months! Anyways, I got the price on Tuesday and set an appointment for Thursday. Dennis was keeping tabs with me over email even in his day off on Wednesday and when I couldn't immediately reach him, I got a call back from his manager John willing to answer my questions!! John assured me that the price they quoted will be the price I will walk out with. On the day of purchase, I drove 70 miles and my friend gave me a ride. The whole process took only couple of hours.

They took vehicle and changed oils and did an expensive diagnostic test to confirm indeed the relay was shorting out. They did not have said part in facility...so ordered it told me it would be in on a Tuesday, I explained my day off is Fridays, so set appointment for Friday. Showed up for said appointment which was then told I did not have. Now waiting in their lobby for the work to be a fit in. Not only are they OVER Priced, they are inefficient at getting work done in a timely manner! Would not recommend to any one. Oh and they did I not even look at extended warranty!!!!

After visiting several dealerships and working with several different sales people, Caleb was definitely our favorite!
