I called the company to see if there was any way they could take some off since that was nowhere on the online booking and we only used them for 20 minutes. They said no and hung up. Very upsetting. Not to mention the 20 minutes that we did use the limo for, the music and sound didn't work so we sat in silence most of the trip. And to my absolute shock I see that the Aviator that was used to drive me not only had a revoked registration, it had NO CAR INSURANCE!! John Webb ignores all phone calls and will give you the run around and every excuse if you can get a hold of him.I reported this company and I have no idea how they are in business, they need to be closed for good! Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. I was constantly late to and from school because we had to pick up other students from different schools.
