They texted me a polite reminder they were coming that morning, were on time, and notified me of their arrival promptly. The vehicle was impeccably clean, and even had bottled water available if I wanted it! The most courteous driver you could hope for; we had a most pleasant chat to the airport - and despite heavy traffic, and construction blocks - he knew exactly how to get around them without stress.
