I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Before…read moremoving into a home we had recently purchased , I tore out the carpets and the baseboards from three bedrooms only to discover black mold in two of them. We called one mold remediation company, and the guy that came out was just full of BS. He didn't check to see if the wall board was still wet,he just tried selling us. After that, with help from Yelp, I was able to find Hurry Restoration. I spoke to Ken , and he and his son showed up a few hours later. They were down to earth and thorough. They used equipment to make sure where the moisture was, and where it ended and gave us a down-to-earth price for the remediation. Not only did Ken and Hurry Restoration handle the remediation, they had guys to replace the drywall that had to be removed. Ken even noticed a deficiency in some electrical wiring we had and showed it to us , so we could fix it before the drywall was reinstalled.
