It is in a 5 pound bag that only needs to be placed in boiling water to heat up and serve. The taco meat can be purchased in beef or chicken. Today there was a little hiccup at checkout. One of my items had changed in price from the date of order. Thus, my amount of my school prepaid check was not enough to cover the bill. It is noted on their website that price is subject to change. But the management was kind enough to do a price override to make my transactions smooth.

Aside from a close friend working at this location, my wife and I prefer this store as it is well-lit and always clean and organized. Most other Aldi stores are either poorly lit or have empty boxes and various items scattered throughout the store making things difficult to find. The entire staff is always friendly and happy to help when needed and the store is well-staffed for its size. I never have had to hunt through the store to find what I am looking for as the shelves are well maintained. It is because of this store I am now an Aldi fan.

I was in the area for another retail store and decided to swing by to scoop up a few things for dinner. I am a Kroger faithful, so I was happy to swing by, but will say getting in and out of this location, no matter where you enter/exit is stressful! The store was well kept conditionally and equally as clean. While things appeared to be in decent shape, majority of the store from inside to out was still showing its age. They have updated a few areas including produce, frozen and Starbucks, along with updating all the signage, but the core part of the store and the facade still need some love. Service was okay. I encountered two associates during my trip in, neither were what I would call friendly, but they were not rude either. Shelves were stocked, prices were solid, and selection was good. All the things, plus a Starbucks, that I like about Kroger...oh,and the fact that they had a good amount of the small double decker carts was a plus too! This location also features a fuel center, and you already know I had to use some of those gas points! Overall, solid Kroger location that I would not mind visiting again when in the area.
