The craving for more began, and we were sad to learn it is located in Murfressboro. Curses! After a failed Whole Foods visit, we gave up and made the trip down to Murfreesboro on a Saturday morning. The storefront is small, but the flavor and hams are not. They offer whole hams, sliced ham, frozen biscuits, dog bones, ham hocks, Tennshootoe, preserves, and very awesome (and reasonably priced) gift boxes. For $30 you get the following: * Cooked, 1 package artisan country ham weighing approx. 1 lb * Black-eyed peas (dried) * Artisan country ham hock * Strawberry preserves (1 pint jar) * Honey (6 oz) * Sweet pickles (1 pint jar) And the lovely ladies at the store let us mix and match products (ie chow chow instead of pickles, and different flavor of preserves).
