I had a fabulous experience with Rose. I was a walk in requesting a pedicure. Picked my nail color, chose the pearl pedicure package, chose a Bubble Tea for my beverage. Rose got to work. I believe she gave me the best foot & leg message ever! She even did some acupressure on my feet! Loved that. I felt bad that I was so ticklish when she used the electric buffer. I decided to come here to get acrylics done, and it was my first time. It was a beautiful nail salon inside! The vibe was very classy and relaxing. I had Michelle P as my nail tech. She convinced me to try a hot pink color instead of the cotton candy color I had originally picked out, and I am so glad I went with it. It's a very beautiful color. I went in for a gel manicure that turned out awful. Thick with bubbles and without clean lines that did not look professional. I asked for a correction, which they did. It took the technician many tries and still it turned out unprofessional with polish all over my skin and on to the cuticle so it will not last. When I brought up that I was unhappy, I was told that they would not refund me. I could sit for another redo. I did not have time for that and did not trust them to do a good job a 3rd time. I had already spent 3.5 hours there for a manicure I could have done better myself. I understand sometimes things won't turn out great but I'd expect better management to at least refund me. I've come here twice for a gel pedicure. Staff has always been polite, receptive and attentive. I appreciate how professional they are, no pressure to purchase more expensive packages or ignoring/discouraging your requests. I asked for a base coat so the color I wanted would show better and there was no pushback. The salon is clean and is located in a strip with plentiful parking. There is a charge for paying with card so it's ideal to bring cash. I will be scheduling my pedicures here because the prices are reasonable and the staff are so helpful and considerate. My mum was in town this past summer so we decided to book pedicures here. We opted for the Bomb Spa as it sounded very good and I didn't want to be rushed,we enjoyed the experience but even though we had a scheduled appointment time they were very slow and understaffed to help until at least 45 mins. Granted they made us soak our feet for 30mins while we waited and I appreciate the free coke or wine they hand out. As it is expensive this isn't something I would do on a regular basis but maybe special occasions. I've been going to Nails & Spa regularly for more than two years now. Prior to this nail salon I never had a consistent nail artist. I would pop in wherever and my nails were hit or miss. Then, I met Kayla and fell in love with her and this salon. My nails are perfect EVERY single time and Kayla goes out of her way to take the time necessary to get my old nails removed and my new ones put on in the most comfortable way possible. She doesn't rush, and every time I come in she calls me by name and asks me to update her on my life. At this point she's a friend. We have each others phone numbers, and I can always text her to set up an appointment time. With any nail salon there are good and bad technicians. Kayla and Kathy are my go to people here. I never do walk ins anywhere Besides my nails I also get my nose waxed when I stop in. Either Kathy or Wendy does it for me. It's always comfortable and hilarious so I recommend them for waxing too. Overall I love Kayla, I love the friendly environment, and I love all the services and discounts offered. There's always snacks, tea, water, a million color options, and new nail methods to learn about. If for some reason I have to wait they let me wait in the massage chairs. I went for a dip powder and the color was completely stained on the skin around my nails. I wish I had gone back to make them fix it, but ended up scraping it all off myself. They looked like a complete mess, and for the powder alone--no manicure included--it was almost $70 with tip. My new favorite nail place! I had to get to work so I asked if I could get a fresh set of acrylics in 30 minutes before my shift and they said they could do it! Everyone there was so nice and friendly and my nail tech was very quick and thorough, she suggested a gel color to go with the clear nail and we even had time for some bling! Very reasonable prices and I will definitely come back. She did a better job on my nails in 30 minutes than some salons I have been to, have done in an hour. Updated my review- after going regularly every two weeks the nail tech started to get sloppy in her work- she started to spend more time looking up at the entrance when someone walked in than she did on my nails/ after multiple cut cuticles from her drill, and gel nails that became thick and bulged at the cuticle I decided this wasn't the place for me. read more

Customer service was awful: The woman who took me hardly said a word to me. When I paid her upfront, she did not give me change back. (20 for a 12$ service). 2. No attention to detail or care about my nails whatsoever. I get that I just got a simple manicure but, I really needed to get my nails reshaped. She did not even look over the job she did. 3. Had a good experience getting a manicure/pedicure here. Walked in at 5pm on a friday night and got sat immediately. Had a normal pedi and a manicure with gel polish and the cost was 55, a little on the high side, but it was with the new OPI gel nail polish, which I have to say...now 3 days later, looks like they were just done. I am one of those people who ruins her hand polish within 3 hours of a manicure, so I am more than impressed. My only beef was, there was a bit of the topcoat under my nail I needed to deal with later. But other than that, good experience. They do have the mani/ped for under 40 if you stick with standard polish. Parking is decent as you can park on the street or in the lot in back. read more

I have been coming here for my nails for over 5 years now, (with the exception of the past year). I moved to AZ but I am back now and so happy to have my nail salon again! I do pink and white gel every 2.5 weeks to 3 weeks. Their product stays shiny for the full 3 weeks and their pink is light and pretty. It doesn't have the fuchsia undertone some places use so they look very natural. Kathy is great and I have seen almost all of the techs here at some point or another. They are all wonderful. I highly recommend this salon! I would say it's moderately priced, but you get what you pay for. Gel fills for pink and white are $45 here. Full sets are $70-90 depending on if the charge you to take them off. read more

Massage chairs are very nice and they did a great job on my Mani/pedi. Love the paraffin dip that comes standard with both. Upgraded to exfoliating pedicure which was amazing. Originally had 5 stars but downgraded to 4 because I got the manicure on Friday and by Sunday it looked terrible, chipped and cracked. I'm somewhat rough on my nails but that was record even for me. This was the first nail salon that i've been to in the area and I figured i'd stop in on my break while I was working from home. I went in just for some gel polish. There were only 3 workers there at the time, so I had to wait about 20-25 minutes. I picked my colors, which was easy for me because I always use the same colors because it's what I prefer on my nails. Immediately, the salon tech told me I needed a manicure and it'd be an extra 10 dollars. I said whatever it only makes it $35 so ill roll with it since I havent gotten one in a while. A couple minutes in, I wanted to be nice so I complimented her on her nails. She then told me she used the dip powder and I should use that on my nails. I told her I wanted to stick with my colors and she swore she could find the same colors and it would last even longer. I told her no but she kept saying I needed to do it. Okay. She brought the colors over to me and I didnt see a color anywhere close to the one that i'd picked. She said, "Ill pick one for you" so I ended up with an ugly blue and gold combination on my nails. At that point, I was so late to get back to work I just let it happen. Of course though, the dip was an extra $10 so it ended up being $45. I didn't have any other real issues minus my ugly colors, but now that I read these reviews, I realized I paid for a 'manicure' and didn't get it at all! I had a hand soak in lukewarm water for about 2 minutes and then at the end was told to wash my hands. A towel from the girl before me was underneath my soak bowl with chips of her cut fingernails on it. The entire time. I never got any massage or paraffin wax or even lotion! The salon was bustling but not overcrowded when I stopped in mid-day, mid-week. I asked for a pedicure, and for $35, I was left to soak for 10 minutes, had 15 minutes of actual service, and then left to dry in the same chair I'd been sitting in. This was the shortest pedicure I've ever gotten, and while the polish looks fine, my feet are still dry and in need of attention. The price points for services are higher than every other nail spot in the surrounding area, and from my experience, not worth the extra money. If I'm going to get a bad pedicure, I'm going to go somewhere cheaper! read more
